Absolutely amazing stay. Location is great, the three round rooms by the beach with private plunge pools are very romantic, with an amazing view when you wake up in the morning. Very quite and peaceful. A great address away from the crowd. Staff is sooo nice. Boom and her team will do their utmost to satisfy you.

I was very impressed with this stay. We received a warm welcome since checked in to checked out During my stay there was peace and relaxing. It's made me feel really rested. For breakfast, I suggest you all to try coissant, it's the best!! You must try it!!!! All of staff provide good service in every department.

We're very happy to stay here. It's a peaceful hotel and suitable for complete relaxation. I’m really like the atmosphere and staff service. All of the staff are very friendly, especially front office department. And I love all of their facilities!!

Spent 23 nights at Aleenta having been to Thailand many times before. This was a special vacation as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. Lots of research beforehand on things like the accommodation, diving, beach, dining options, facilities, etc. We arrived to be shown our beach pool suite which was tiny! We were moved to a larger room but this was their penthouse on the 3rd floor. Whilst it was larger, it wasn't on the beach and had no pool. There were numerous issues with the room, such as a foul smell in the bathroom (never resolved) a blocked toilet, faulty lights and switches, windows that wouldn't close, unreliable air con..... The restaurant offered a nice enough choice for breakfast though portions are small! Meals of an evening started ok but our last 7 days all of our evening meals were sent back, recooked and charges taken off our bill as the food was dismal. Excuses for poor meals were things like "the chef had burnt it" , "chef didn't have the right ingredients", "chef was given the wrong info". The spa was nice other than as it's outside we both were bitten by mozzies!!! The beach was often non existent as high tides swallow it up to nothing! Also it's VERY windy so kite surfers are everywhere. The website photos are misleading - you can't sit on the beach too much unless you enjoy a wind tunnel. The sea is choppy and not really inviting to swim in. That said, staff are very nice. The hotel manager is quite new and absent leaving guests to deal with her staff. The best was the front of house manager Boom who was incredibly hard working and helpful. I'd left a dress there and Boom kindly sent it to me at their expense so ever so kind. Maybe Boom should be the manager as she got things sorted. Anyways, it was disappointing and we wouldn't recommend Aleenta.
