Aleenta Hua Hin Resort & Spa

My wife and I booked for 8 days at Aleenta and had a fantastic experience. We married at the Aleenta in 2008 and this was our first return 16 years later. Opting for half board, the food was outstanding, beautifully presented, we had plenty of choice and were completely nutritionally balanced. We stayed in 2 different rooms, 2 nights in the main wing and a further 6 nights with an upgrade into a pool room in the Frangipani wing. The rooms were comfortable, exceptionally clean, and had everything that we needed. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were a credit to the Aleenta and made our stay something special. A huge thank you to all of the staff from the waiters to the cleaners through to the chefs, check in staff and maintenance men and spa staff. Your enthusiasm and can do attitude are what makes a good hotel great. Extra thanks go to the staff on duty when my wife was unfortunately bitten by a dog on the beach. Your kind attention and follow up care was exemplary and beyond what anyone could have expected. A huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We can’t fault our stay and look forward to returning again. Many many thanks.

Overall we had an amazing stay in Aleenta Hua Hin. Quick trip to celebrate our anniversary and we had a wonderful time. We booked and stayed in the beachfront pool access suite. It was spacious and beautifully laid out room. We loved having the pool in front of our balcony. It was seperate from the main hotel you can either call a hotel buggy or walk the 500m. Both of us were vegan and we were worried about the food options. We emailed and they were able to create amazing vegan breakfast for us including the pastries and bread every morning and they allowed us to order from a seperate vegan lunch and dinner menu as their breakfast menu did not have many savoury vegan options. I hope they enhance their breakfast menu to include more local vegan options such as vegan pad Thai and vegan curry We also had a dinner at the restaurant and some of the items from the vegan menu were not available but the chef was able to create local vegan dishes for us. We always loved their mango sticky rice We also did a day trip with them to see the elephants in the national park which was efficiently organized. We also organized our transport from Bangkok international airport via the hotel. When we arrived it was late and we could not find the driver there are many gates and eventually found the driver in another gate. The drive was 4 hours long but they had cold water and juices available for the ride. The pilot seats were very comfortable and we were able to recline and have a good nap. On the way back to the airport we also had two additional students riding with us. We wouldn’t have mind this if we were asked or informed ahead as we booked and paid for private transfer to the airport. Please note if you directly book your hotel through Aleenta website and not the Hilton website then they do not recognize your status. No room upgrade etc for Hilton gold members Bird from the front reception always was very attentive and ensured all our request was well taken care of and made sure our vegan meal was always catered for even for the day excursion and the afternoon tea we had by the pool side. She made our stay extra special. Overall we had a wonderful stay at the resort and we would definitely come back again!

Great room setting. Good bed. Shoreside location. Nice walkable beach. Great staff. Four bikes avail. All women’s size. 2 are so corroded, barely rideable. Restaurant food, both Thai and western good but not great. 4 hour hotel shuttle to BKK.

We came here for a family occasion. We stayed in 4 Bedroom Beach front Pool Villa.Great service, helpful and friendly staffs. Nice and spacious room, comfy bed and nice breakfast options. This resort is the best choice for me and family next time and staying longer. We will coming back !!

Amazing place with great service. We had a great time at Aleenta Hua Hin - Pranburi Resort & Spa. Thanks to Boom and team for warm welcome. Staffs are attentive and always greeting us. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. There are two pools. We loved breakfast at the restaurant. Fantastic!!! Walking along the beach is one of our favorite things to do too. It just few step down to the beach. We would definitely come back again for our next vacation. Highly recommended.
