Wora Bura Hua Hin Resort & Spa creates the ambiance of cultured elegance and dreamy nostalgia as it welcomes guests. It combines the truly unique concept of both luxurious colonial styles and tropical seaside resort, designed to represent a beautiful city reflecting the atmosphere of 19th century Thailand when his Majesty King Rama V made his formal visit to Europe.

Arrived here after us 15 hour journey got to our room. It was dark dingy the shower doesn’t work. There’s mould all over the bathroom then to find in the morning that Breakfast was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had and this is supposed to be a five star hotel. A coffee and the breakfast hall is the worst coffee I ever had I have a library with a business centre I could go on and on and on but please this is not a five star hotel. It is not worth the money that you pay. This is not a nasty review. I’ve stayed in many hotels along here and this is the worst by far even the staff are rude so if you want to have a nice hotel Stay away from this one

We loved our stay from the first moment we arrived there. The staff was extremely nice, helpful and had always a smile on their face. We loved the colonial style so much, the garden is amazing. It would be necessary to renovate the rooms but it was not that bad as somebody else stated. Yeah, there is a contruction site but their are working only during the day and it is not so bad on the beachside. Don't panic! Relax, it's Asia. 😀 The breakfast is amazing. I am vegan amd I always found a lot of options. I asked for soy milk.on the first day and they brought me than each day. It was a lovely experience. The free transfer to the Malls is excellent. The location is not perfect but we liked it there far away from city center because it is a quiet place. Overall a very good 5* hotel if you don't mind that the rooms are not brand new. The service and the breakfast makes it luxury. Well the restaurant on the beach was also nice but a bit expensive.

Really sorry to have to write this but not entirely sure what everyone else is seeing that we didn't! On arrival, the hotel doesn't look too bad and the staff greet you very warmly. This was about where it ended for us.. We were taken to our room which was on the second floor (not a problem) and as soon as we entered it was very dark, the wallpaper was starting to hang off in places, the floor was badly scratched, there were stains marks on the furniture, paint that had come off all around the shutters to the bathroom. We were so disappointed as we chose this hotel due to its nice colonial style. I went down to Reception and asked for another room. They did show me another room which was slightly better but the noise from the construction was worse so we decided to stay put, however, in hindsight wish we had moved. The Reception did phone and offered us 2000 tbh to spend in the hotel, which was nice but didn't really compensate for the bad room. I was very upset that I had to pay £140 extra for an extra bed to be put in the room for our Adult daughter, who didn't once sleep in it as it was rock hard and small. She spent the 4 nights on the lounger that was already in the room! The king bed was also rock hard and aggravated my husbands already bad back. We personally felt the breakfast wasn't the best. I ordered an omelette which wasn't cooked in the middle so I didn't eat it. I spent the 4 mornings eating salad, my husband just had coffee and my daughter tried to eat a variety but wasn't satisfied. A few of the staff at the bar next to the sea were very rude and made us feel awkward. I asked for a beer and it was served warm, I then went and asked for a cold beer and was told "no cold beer" but they could give me ice!!! What 5 star hotel doesn't serve cold beer? I ended up going to the room and getting one out of our mini bar fridge. All in all the hotel just needs some TLC to bring it back to standard...

A beautiful quiet resort with elegant architecture. The room is clean and spacious with nice Thai neoclassic style. Each room is named creatively after all the provinces in Thailand. The service is flawless. The staff always go beyond our expectations. The spa treatments are excellent and at the reasonable prices. My husband and I had a wonderful time here. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed at this Thai colonial style resort for 3 nights. Location was a little far from the city centre and tourist spots. Structure of the hotel was little dated but nice and asthetic. The reception area was good and the staff was welcoming. We were provided rooms on the 2nd floor but the absence of lifts was disappointing as my elderly parents had to climb the stairs throughout. Rooms were nice, clean and spacious. Bathroom was good but the shower pressure was terrible. Pool area was amazing, pool bar also had good options. Breakfast was not upto the mark as the food options were limited and unappealing. Request for pancakes at the next day's breakfast was also denied and the staff's ability to understand basic English was also limited. Quality of the food was average. We selected this resort assuming it was a Beachfront property but during the course of our stay, the beach was non existent due to the high tide. Overall the stay was comfortable and satisfactory.
