Excellent hotel, the architecture is beautiful, the room and common areas are very clean, the staff is very helpful, the gym is very equipped compared to other hotels in the area, I fully recommend this hotel. Although they don't have a meal plan and prices of meals are high for my budget so we had to go out for breakfast and other meals

We loved our stay in Camino Real. The site is beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The staff courteous. The food is a little pricey but very good.

We loved the location of Camino Real, it was on a private beach and a short (80 peso) drive into town. It is a picturesque spot and the grounds are very tasteful and elegant. The room was nice, we had the plunge pool unit which was great. The plunge pool needed a bit of work with the 1x1 tiles but only on the exterior. We had a small issue with the shower and they had someone come fix immediately. They gave us a bottle of Prosecco as a gesture for that which was very appreciated. Classy place with great friendly staff.

We stayed for 4 nights at Camino Real Zaashila, every day was wonderful, amenities were great, the service and staff were all so friendly and helpful. The beach and pool were phenomenal. Practicamos nuestra espanol todos los dias. Nosotros volveremos!
