Camino Real Zaashila

We stayed 2 nights and were very happy with this beautiful hotel. The grounds were very well kept, the staff very friendly and helpful and just an overall wonderful place to enjoy the gorgeous bays of Huatulco!

This is an Amazing venue! The food from Chef Cordoba was phenomenal to include the desserts and the service from hotel staff is on point.This is a definite location to come and enjoy the amenities. Gracias Chef Cordoba por la comida rica!! I will be back.

Good attention, but I think it will improve because hamburger’s meat was tasteless. everything was alright

Daisy which hecked us in was not able to smile. She did not even say hello. No warm welcome, nothing. we asked if we could have a room close to our friends and the answer was just its not possible. she couldnt care less. It was the most terrible check in we ever had in a hotel. At the pool nibody served us. I went to the bar and 4 waiter were standing there bored. I waited at the bar, nobody attended me. After 5 min I aske if I could order a drink? Only one even looked at me. If this is the level of service Camino Real wants to offer? Frustrating. The hotel is beautifully located and the infrastuctre is good. But people who work here are not at the level how it should be for a hotel like this.
