Pasea Hotel & Spa

From the minute we walked up to the Front Desk Jessica G contributed to our stay being an Over The Top Experience! It was my first time at the Pasea and I’m a local and my Friend and I had the best time! Jessica gave us a beautiful overview highlighting things to do and times to do it. We had an amazing ocean view at our room and she surprised us with a cheese and fruit tray knowing we would be enjoying the sunset. We also borrowed the bikes in the morning- which was glorious. Unfortunately there was an accident - where a car collided with my friend (she is ok) - but Jessica was there again giving us a late check out and making sure a book we left in the room was at the front desk when we came back to pick it up. The Pasea is 5 stars and that makes Jessica a SIX! You always remember how people make you feel- thank you Jessica!!!

Great location next to mall and close to pier. Great sleeping love the sound machine. No need for a car is a big plus. So much to do right there. Eat, drink and be happy. Beautiful views of the ocean it was too cool for the pool but the sun was out everyday.

What a wonderful hotel!! The renovated rooms are just beautiful--spacious, great balcony with chairs, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom. The location is tremendous--directly ON the beach, which seems private as it's so small. Booked a Oceanfront King and it was perfect. You definitely want a room facing the ocean as the views are unbeatable. Only unfortunate thing is the western exposure which makes sitting on the balcony tough. Would be nice if they had some sort of pull down shade to protect from the sun. Ate at the restaurant for dinner, and what a winner! Do not miss it, and make sure to have reservations well in advance. Even though there is still a lot of construction happening, that was not noticeable at all, possibly due to the fact we were there on the weekend. A must stay if you're in Laguna Beach.

Rondi, was so helpful and enthusiastic as she checked me in yesterday. She was super attentive and anticipated every single day that I need and also make sure I had a better room with a better view. There was a long line and she handled it with so much grace and made it at remarkable experience.

Incredible property. Modern hotel, with great views & location is right in prime area of HB. Staff is super friendly (Peter, Romi, & David). Had one minor glitch that the manager Kami promptly took care off which was much appreciated. Overall highly recommend hotel & will definitely return.
