Pasea Hotel & Spa

We had a great time at Pasea as a couples staycation for my partners birthday! We did a couples massage and ate dinner nearby! The ocean view room with the balcony was beautiful. Bed was super comfy. Staff was really nice. Rooms nice. Restaurant and rooftop bar cute and with a happy hour. We’d come back! They even left him a cupcake and champagne in the room for his birthday super sweet.

I am a corporate event planner who had to move my global sales kickoff due to the fires at the last minute, contracting 6 days out from the event date. The ENTIRE team at the Pasea went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, and we pulled it off as if it had been in the works for months not days. While we’re still collecting survey feedback from our staff attendees, I can tell you the verbal praise was through the roof regarding the venue and staff. What a beautiful venue and location you have as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the entire team at Pasea! A few special shout outs to: - Michael for the incredible speed in which got us a contract, with revisions - Victoria, our events services director, who was incredible throughout, even getting on the phone with me before having a signed contract to ensuring every element of our program was detailed to the team in a way that it could be executed seamlessly. - Pia and Adriana who were extremely quick to get the rooming list done and respond to any last-minute requested updates, and there were quite a few! - The Valet / Bell Men were all friendly quick to load/unload. David and Peter were exceptional. My dog Sebastian certainly appreciated Peter too. 😊 - The planing team was super appreciative of Kami, Linda, Theresa and Veda and at the front desk, they were immensely helpful in last minute requests and such. - I enjoyed working with Ingo and Kevin – Both made sure everything was running smoothly for meals, labeled, etc. I could see the banquets staff was always available and moving quickly to ensure items were replenished, etc. Patrick and Tina also stood out amongst the banquet team members. - Sabina did an excellent job of keeping the facilities clean with a smile on her face. She was so sweet. - The team at the coffee shop for giving us warm and welcome smiles no matter what time of the day. - Pinnacle Team – I appreciated Bryan’s haste in putting together a quote and jumping on the phone to go through the program. He put together a great team on-site and I enjoyed working with Ben, Ray, Phil and Jeff. Again every employee was STAND OUT in getting our program up and running!

Our company had an unusual challenge running our annual kick-off in light of the devasting wildfires near Hollywood, we had to change our venue and try and move our plans with less than 10 days notice. The team at Pasea and in particular, Victoria from events, went above and beyond for our group. The service in the hotel across the board is outstanding! I would not only recommend coming back for any business or personal events, I would come back for personal travel. Highly recommend. My only slight feedback would be, lunch and dinners were good (banqueting service) but I think that could be improved slightly - perhaps a different kitchen to the main restaurant. The restaurant and bar was excellent. But, I would definitely return for sure.

Internet going down for 24 hours was a hassle, but the beds were comfortable and views to die for. Had some ants in the room but they send someone to address it. Friendly staff. Wish I had time to use the pool or borrow one of the bikes. Location was ideal!

The staff is amazing! The room was very clean and the view was excellent. We ended up eating in the restaurant several times because the food was very good. Absolutely can’t wait to return! Originally, I looked at other hotels close by but they very expensive, I was a little nervous because The Pasea was so reasonable. I was afraid we were going to forfeit something. There is no way those other hotels are better! Every single thing was excellent! I don’t have the words to give the review that they truly deserve. I keep thinking of people or experiences that made it really wonderful. From the minute we pulled up to minute we left every single staff member was exceptional.
