Customer Treatment
I was provided a smoking room against my original request. I had to get it changed in the middle of the night. The surprising element was that there was smoke free room available but I was not given that during the check in. Most likely this was the last stay and I wont stay again with this hotel.

Small room
Everything was as expected but rooms where small dor family with 1 kid and 1 infant compare to previous stay in hyatt Chennai. Breakfast was awesome especially idli, dosa and vada. It is close to usa visa consulate. Staffs are very nice and friendly.

Great rooms, breakfast and staff! I travel a lot and see a lot of variety in quality and service. Hyatt Gachibowli exceeded my expectations. The room was good, meeting expectations. However the staff were incredibly helpful and solved several issues. The breakfast was excellent in both variety and quality. Will stay the again

Friendly and responsive staff. They are bringing a great vibe to this hotel. The hotel in situated in Financial district, in a quiet area. Rooms are clean, they have laundery service also. Food is great, you have many choises for each meal and you have 4 restaurants in the hotel's area.

Good Stay but could have been better
Good Location. Friendly Staff. Clean Hotel. In room dining experience was not good. Quality of food was below standard. Though quality of food during breakfast was very good, the menu needs to be enhanced. The staff needs to be coached on what "sunny-side up" means :) I was not served what I ordered on eggs during my last day.
