Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad

If you have a budget for this palace stay , don’t think twice, this is one of the best or even the best place in the world to stay in . This is a rare opportunity where beauty of the palace and it’s grounds can be experienced and appreciated even though we are not royalty. The rooms , dining , library, pool , the benches under the tree are all reminiscent of the good old Nizam days are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Beautiful! 6 star to all the staff headed by Mr Nitin .Mr Nitin took a personal initiative to take care of us and make sure our stay was so welcomed and memorable with his gracious service from the heart. From the Chef to the waiters and waitresses and security guards the service they render made us wonder whether we are in heaven or earth. They are the best team in the world. The Qawalli, food , the high tea , breakfast and the well maintained pool where we swam every day make this place a perfect royal holiday and definitely worth every cent spent. Totally Off The Scale. Never stayed anywhere like this. 2000ft above Hyderabad. It is like a different dimension. After arriving at the front gate you switch to a golf buggy or horse drawn carriage to approach the hotel. you are met by a ceremonial guard and walked up the main staircase while people throw rose petals from the roof. We arrived for Diwali so there was a short party outside with food and firecrackers which we watched the fireworks all around the city. An amazing and truly memorable experience. We tried two restaurants (both local cuisine) and both were outstanding

Great hospitality, superb food, great recommendations by Nilesh and Nasar at the Indian restaurant Ada.On our request they made certain food items also for us We were taken very good care by them . The entire team , the staff 10/10 to them . The Director operations, and the property manager and Daksh were also very courteous and personally made effort to attend us. There was Mr.A.V.Rao at the entrance who clicked wonderful pictures, more pro than any photographer, thanks to him for clicking the wonderful memories for us.Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and kind But there is a lot of scope for the improvement in the property. It needs to be refurbished. The bathrooms needs done up , the hand shower in the bathroom was leaking , there is no air conditioning in the passages . The property is good but needs quite a bit of improvement to maintain its name and grandeur and luxury like Umaid Bhavan Palace,Jodhpur

It was one of the best experience at Taj Falaknuma not only because of its massive architecture and beauty but also the warmth of the people there. Specially Mr. Nasar , Mr. Pujan at the restaurant and Mr. Daksh , Mr. Tejal at the reception to name a few. But everyone from security to the restaurant managers all were so courteous and warm.
