Taj Falaknuma Palace, Hyderabad

Taj falaknuma was one of the best luxury palaces we have ever been to !! Hospitality was truly exceptional ..was travelling with our 6 month baby and celebrating our anniversary. The overall celebrations support and experience was mesmerizing…special mention to staff naming few Sunaina , tejal and Santosh for their very supportive and never saying no attitude..would recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed at Taj Falaknuma Palace from 21st to 23rd, booking a suite for what I expected to be a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete waste of money. The suite was nowhere near the standard expected for the price—the floors were full of scratches and dents, the paint on the walls was peeling, and the overall condition of the room was far from five-star quality. Beyond the room, everything feels overpriced. No matter where you go in the hotel, the conversation revolves around money. At the restaurant, instead of focusing on hospitality, staff immediately mention minimum billing requirements. Do not be deceived by the Instagram pictures or their website. The name “Taj” might give you high expectations, but the reality is completely different. Everything here is outdated, poorly maintained, and far from luxurious. The pictures look grand, but the experience is nothing short of disappointing. I am attaching pictures that speak for themselves—this place is not worth the money or the hype. If you’re looking for a true luxury experience, there are far better hotels elsewhere.

Opulence, vintage, and a royal flair! The Palace is an astounding beauty, but what stayed in my heart were the people who manage and micro-manage every request, requirement and offering. To all the riders, drivers, cooks, chefs, caretakers, cleaners, guards, and every single staff going about their daily demands with a drive to provide excellence - YOU ARE REMARKABLE! To be treated with special attention consistently, every minute, is only a Taj Falaknuma style! Thank you, for "royally" pampering us...all the way!

We were celebrating our 25th Wedding anniversary at the Taj Falaknuma Palace and the entire team made it a truly memorable experience. Right from the entry gate every staff member knew it was our special occasion and wished us. The entry to the hotel in the horse carriage, the welcome at the reception with the flower petals showering and the comfortable suite allotted to us, made it all so special. Even the F&B service and the dining experiences were exemplary, as were the relaxing experiences in the Spa. This will be a trip to remember for ever. Thank you Taj.

All the staff knew about the reason for us to stay at Taj Falaknuma, right from the Guard at the Main Entry to Reception. All of them wished us and made the celebration even more special by giving us surprises from check in to check out. We cut 5 cakes in these 24 hours as a gesture from the hotel.
