Our experience at Taj Falaknuma was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable hospitality of your wonderful team. Ms. Sunaina (Front Desk): Sunaina made us feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She pampered us with thoughtful gestures like gifting beautiful local bangles, offering insightful recommendations about nearby attractions, and patiently assisting us in settling our invoice with Amex vouchers. Her warm and attentive demeanor set the tone for our stay. Mr. Nasar (F&B): Nasar’s dedication and creativity added immense value to our dining experience. He accommodated our food preferences with ease, ensuring we enjoyed our breakfast without missing a thing. His thoughtfulness shone through when he surprised us with delicious cakes to mark our anniversary and departure—a truly touching gesture. Ms. Ananya (Housekeeping): Ananya went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and joy. She graciously helped my wife with her Indian attire, making her feel at ease despite not wearing such clothing often. The beautifully decorated room for our anniversary was a delightful surprise, and her eagerness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. Mr. Daksh (Welcome & Check-in): Daksh welcomed us warmly, provided a smooth check-in experience, and took the time to click some fantastic pictures for us. His clear explanation of the evening’s agenda added a seamless touch to our stay. Mr. Tejal (Front Desk): Tejal’s gentle reminder about the feedback form was greatly appreciated, ensuring we didn’t miss the chance to share our wonderful experience. Each member of the team contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail, personalized care, and genuine warmth of the staff truly embody the Taj standard of hospitality. Thank you for an incredible experience—we will cherish these memories forever!

From the minute I entered Taj Falaknuma Palace, I knew this place would leave me spellbound and in tears ( I always do that ). A horse carriage was waiting for us to escort us to the main palace gates. At the entrance, you can see 2 small yards and each has a flock of ducks, and there are 2 turkeys and a dog that comes out in the evening and her name is Sandy! There is a didi at the entrance, Aruna, she is extremely nice and she will let you feed the ducks and play with Sandy. The turkeys can harm you. Stay away!! At about 6 in the afternoon, you can go again using a buggy, to feed peacocks. I spotted 25 peacocks in the garden one day! The walk to the main palace is beautiful. I recommend walking rather than taking a buggy. The staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and helpful. There are many engaging activities for children, such as bakery sessions, mocktail making, croquet, horse riding, kite flying, and many more!!! One thing I found disturbing was how our main area was locked at times due to shooting for a movie. It was hard to get around and the crew was exceedingly rude. Getting back to our hotel, our rooms were cleaned every day and they were amazing. A fresh supply of fruits and sweets was kept every second day, which was something I loved because my brother couldn't get enough of them. There is a huge desk, perfect for working, and the bathrooms are super clean! The housekeeping kept a very refreshing body scrub and they keep multani mitti as a face mask. Every day, we went to Celeste to eat our food and the F&B team is one of a kind. They made custom meals for us each day, yet another way to make our stay as luxurious as ever. Breakfast is pretty good, too. They serve a variety of hot food, and they change it every day. There were pancakes, waffles, South Indian, North Indian, everything! They even had a platter of fresh fruits and many bakery items. Having traveled a lot, I usually wander the palace alone, I'm NOT a family person. If I had a choice, I would've left home to travel the world a long time ago! The staff saw this and was even more considerate about me. One day, I was cycling downhill, and I was struggling to go back uphill ( it was very steep ), Santosh Bhaiya, a guard who sits in the middle of the way to the entrance, helped me by getting me back on the track. This is just one of the many examples of how the personnel there assisted me. I got to know all the staff there, and they always greeted me. I always woke up at 5:30 in the morning to explore the palace. I often heard the workers there talking about me in a good way and how I always woke up at 5 and came so early for breakfast that it wasn't even laid!! I didn't mind them talking about me. People often do that. One day, Nittan Bhaiya came to our room and asked if everything was okay. We shared our concerns about the rude movie crew, and he advised us to ignore them. He also arranged a more advanced bakery session for me, since I was a lot older. He also gave us a brochure of all the activities - which were a bit pricey -. Every day, I continued waking up at 5, then going and feeding the ducks, then going for my bakery sessions, afterward, just playing here and there, cycling, after that, I ate lunch, and later, I went for my mocktail sessions and finally went to feed the ducks and peacocks at 6, then playing with Sandy!! In the evenings, there is a Sufi night, and oh God! - they sing well!!!!!! You must go, even if it's just for 10 minutes. They work extremely hard just so you can enjoy and it's a lot of fun. They serve a pineapple-mango drink that is to die for. Even after traveling to countless Taj properties in my 11 years of existence, I can say that saying this was an exceptional experience would still be an understatement

What a fabulous stay! Mr. Vijay Shrikent and his entire team went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. Not only did they make sure that our stay was not disrupted by the ongoing movie shoot at the hotel, they turned it into a positive experience. Nasar and his restaurant team curated delicious meals and even took the time to discuss the unique aspects of Hyderabadi Cuisine. Raees, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable. Can’t wait to be back! Thank you to everyone at Taj Falaknuma for making our trip so memorable.
