Terrible experience Building work surrounding the whole hotel. Cranes, diggers, dust and roadworks. Upgraded room on booking and view was a building site. Offer to upgrade at additional cost, but view not much better and could still hear the noise. Sunbathing / relaxing around the pool and the noise of the construction and drilling was v.loud. Hotel itself is nice and one area has had a full modernisation, the other side is a bit tired. Breakfast good and spa included in our stay. I can’t really say much else as the noise and construction work has ruined our stay. Jet2 advised they leaving nothing about it, and the hotel staff stating they knew all about it. Many phones calls of complaints and nothing resolved. I wouldn’t book this hotel until October when the building works are due to complete.

We settled on Aguas de Ibiza following a recommendation from a friend...and it did not disappoint. Located at one end of the promenade of Santa Eularia it is in easy walking distance to the many restaurants, shops and marina. The hotel staff were superb. They really couldn't do enough - from arrival to departure. The spa facilities are terrific and, in June, never very busy, allowing a perfect respite from the hot Ibizan sun. The breakfast selection was vast, although I'd recommend arriving early as it did get busy on some days. The pool and terraces are fantastic, including the adults-only roof terrace and pools. The hotel could perhaps benefit from a little TLC to maintain its high standards, although we did see maintence happening, along with some discreet decorating, so it does appear to be happening. It was quiet, stylish, clean and confortable, with a respectful clientele. Opt for a sea view or pool view as there is currently some building work behind the hotel. Our pool view room wasn't affected - others to the rear of the hotel may have been during the day. We ate in the rooftop Peruvian restaurant one evening. The views were stunning, and the food incredible. The online menu is only an example, with lots more on offer. The downside was the service which, in stark contrast to the rest of the hotel, was appauling. We originally booked for 9pm on a Saturday evening, but when the confirmation came through it was changed to 9.30pm. And we were still going in the early hours of Sunday morning. They acknowledged this by removing our drinks from the bill, but clearly the kitchen couldn't handle the orders, and the waiting staff hardly acknowledged us. This was an unfortunate blip to the otherwise high standards we experienced - and we will definitely return.

We had a Nice stay at Aguas de Ibiza Grand Luxe Hotel. The hotel is beautifully located, with nice rooms, a stunning rooftop, and beautiful pools that create a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was outstanding every morning—fresh, extensive, and of excellent quality. It was the perfect way to start each day. What truly made our stay special, however, was Alex at the rooftop bar. He provided exceptional service throughout our visit. Always friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, he made every visit to the rooftop a pleasure. It was always a joy to see him, and his positive attitude and warm personality added so much to our experience. Alex is a real asset to the hotel and one of those rare people who can make a great vacation even more memorable. His dedication to guest satisfaction deserves special recognition. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

The hotel was apparently completed in 2009. The layout is really nice and the staff are excellent. We had a top floor suite with a sea view. It had excellent facility and a very large bed. The hotel however, is overdue for a makeover. I don’t expect it’s been refurbished since new. The wooden flooring on the roof. Some planks aren’t even resting on a joist so bend under foot. The floor in the room looks like it’s dusty, it’s where the laminate has been washed off, probably using the wrong cleaning material. The fixings on the cupboard hinges were mostly loose, so the doors didn’t close properly. The bed legs are iron and are set right on the corner and thin. I accidentally stubbed my toes twice, and it was really painful. The laminate was bubbling on some walls in the corridor. At times the water when showering, jumped from hot to cold and back without touching the control. There were broken tiles around the basement water treatments, coming off in lumps. The breakfast was excellent with the staff hard working. The location was great. I don’t like complaining, I hope this helps to improve the reputation of the Aguas de Ibiza hotel. The cleaners work hard keeping it clean, but I think it’s time for a refurbished.

We are staying here right now and it's an excellent hotel, with great facilities, including an amazing spa and very friendly staff at Reception and in the bars ( yes genuinely nice people). HOWEVER... the rooftop Maymanta restaurant is a real disappointment. The view is great, the food is good but the VERY slow service and lack of attention was disappointing. We started our dinner at 9.20pm on Saturday evening and ended on Sunday morning - true! It's not cheap and we were prepared to pay for a good experience. This was not. In the end, we didn't pay for any drinks. Disappointing in what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We are sorry we have to say this, but we want the hotel to know.
