Destined to be the new entertainment hub in the Santa Eulalia neighborhood, W Ibiza embraces the destination's eclectic roots through bold and innovative design, capturing the free spirit of Ibiza whilst elevating the experience to a new level. Two distinct concepts designed for dining, drinking and relaxing are complemented by the lively Glow Rooftop Pool & Terrace for adults only (temporarily closed) and W Lounge. Much anticipated and off the beaten track, W Ibiza strikes a pose on the palm-fringed, sand-drenched beachfront of Santa Eulalia. The seasonal escape mixes the parallel realities of Ibiza with a magnetic pull that turns up the sass. This is where you get to stay and play with a brand that was made for the White Isle. Sun-kissed and diverse, Ibiza is more than an island, it’s a brand. This is where flower power meets club culture and myths, legends and nature amplify the compulsive, enigmatic spirit.

We bring large groups all over the world and The W Ibiza has become one of our favorites! The staff was so helpful, organized, and some of the best we have ever worked with. Our group loved the rooms, location, & food. I cannot recommend the W Ibiza enough!

Overall, I cannot say it was a 5-star experience. On the last day of my stay, in the morning it was rather chilly so I had a jumper with me. After finishing my breakfast, I have forgotten it on my chair. I noticed its absence later that day when I was packing and I asked the reception about it. Well, it was 'never found'. As the tables are cleaned and typically made ready for the next guests, I suppose, someone from the staff found it and took it. I was asked to write an email, a couple of days later, it was never answered. When I called, the lady I was speaking with could not find the email, could mean that someone had simply deleted it. Needless to say, it leaves me with a rather negative impression about the hotel. There were other problems during the stay that could have been handled more professionally, but I did not care as much. The rooms are fine, the hotel itself is fine too. The housekeeping staff doing a decent job, so not much of a complaint about cleanliness. The breakfast was quite enjoyable too. Some of the staff were very very nice (reception area) and some were rather unfriendly (mainly in the breakfast area and pizza restaurant)

We visited the W Ibiza in May and had such a fantastic time we came back again in August. The hotel truly offers a wonderful experiecne, from the moment of arrival until departure. We are Titaium Eliete members and on both occasions we were upgraded on arrival. During our first trip in May we were suppose to only stay for 5 nights but extended to 7 and they very kindly gave us the same rate. Everyting about the hotel is superb, from the chill out vibes on the Wet Deck to excellent food and staff at Steps. We were so well looked after during both of our stays, we met some many wonderful and friendly staff and have to say a huge thank you to Giada, Maria and Juan Manuel. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and are already planning our next trip.

We had the opportunity to stay at the W Ibiza - what a great experience. All the associates from the front desk, rooftop bar Glow Bar, STEPS restaurant to the breakfast team, were very accommodating and offered great service. The food/service at STEPS was exceptional especially the pizza and lasagna. Jose and Sam at the Rooftop offered great service. Our experience at the Beach club was excellent - Cesar was very attentive and the food was wonderful - thank you W Ibiza for making our stay memorable.

We stayed here for 5 nights in a cool corner room. The room was small, but decently comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to get below a certain temperature and it seemed the thermostat did not actually reflect the room temperature. The huge ocean front deck was amazing! There was a large outdoor couch, coffee table, lounge chair, and arm chair. The lamp that was provided did not work (apparently the plug outside was broken) but they brought us one of those portable table lamps from the restaurant when we decided to order room service and eat out there. Service is friendly and definitely well-meaning but it seems they are either understaffed or just need a little more training to be up to 5 star standards. It wasn’t a dealbreaker though. We had a chance to try the new beach club and it’s great! Food was excellent and so was the service. The beach itself was okay (a lot of seaweed floating and rocky). The location itself was really great! The town it’s in has a lot to see and do with a lot of shops and restaurants. There is a boardwalk along the beach that’s super popular for strolling along and runs the length of the town. We had a car so we were able to easily drive around to visit the other towns on the island and visit the different markets. It’s not the best W hotel we have stayed in but I think there is a lot of potential. If you are going to be in Ibiza it’s a good choice!
