We experienced a generally positive stay, with particular commendation due to the valet team. Their service was consistently exemplary and highly beneficial. They consistently offered a warm welcome, addressed us by name, and ensured we felt valued as patrons, thereby significantly enhancing our experience.

My wife and I absolutely adore this hotel. It meets all our needs and beyond. We have a small dog that we typically travel with so this Hyatt Regency is incredibly dog friendly. There's this nice nearby walk to a meadow that our dog loves to frolic in. There's pretty decent restaurants nearby the hotel and Cutthroat's Saloon is an incredibly solid option as well (highly recommend the fish & chips). It's also really nice the casino is on-site. We've stayed here 4 times total and can't wait for our next visit!

very rude staff - hotel has some deferred maintenance for sure that needs to be resolved - but the best choice would be replacing the team that is running this place into the ground or else its not worth the repairs. Front desk staff barely had time to even respond to a question

Lobby smells like cigarettes from the casino due to poor ventilation. Fire alarms went off at 1am, which can't be helped, but when directed we could return to our room the alarms proceeded to malfunction and continuously go on and off. Was not a great Hyatt experience.

The check in process was the smoothest and friendliest receptionist. There were complementary s’more and a voucher for a food item from the market. Dinner we paid for at osteria sierra was Devine. Breakfast was less than stellar. I probably should have ordered from the menu instead of the buffet. Services was lacking. Otherwise everything was good.
