We stayed at the Hyatt Regency in February of 2025. The day we arrived into Reno, a massive snowstorm hit and roads out of Reno were closed. I called the hotel immediately and let them know we would not be arriving that evening as previously planned. I was assured that the night would be taken off the reservation and we would receive a refund. Fast forward to 4 months later, multiple phone calls and credit card disputes, the hotel has refused the refund. We come to Tahoe multiples times a year and will be choosing a different hotel on our next stay as this hotel does not honor its word.

Stayed here fro 2 nights with friends for a snowbaording trip and we all greatly enjoyed the service, atmosphere and ofcourse, our accommodation. We felt very safe and found the space and experience to be overall very relaxing. I would highly recommend booking with Hyatt for your next trip!

The hotel itself is very clean and tidy. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. On. top of what we paid for the room was $29 fee per day for parking, which didn't guarantee a space, a $50 resort fee per day. Generally thing were expensive. $3 for a single piece of fruit!! That being said the staff were friendly and accommodating. Don't think I'll be going back though.

Location is perfect and overall service is amazing. They do have ski shuttle for Diamond peak resort. We were very happy with the activities like snowshoe hike with Ryan, meditation with Ashley and archery with Chris. Food was good but expensive.

This is the best Hyatt we've ever stayed at! The heated pool was perfect, and there were so many fun activities for families and kids to enjoy. The restaurant food was also amazing — everything we tried was delicious. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!
