Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino

This resort offered of variety of activities, including archery, hiking, hatchet, throwing, and a taste of the Sierras experience. All of the guides that helped us including Matt, Chris, and Alex, were phenomenal representatives of their respective activities and really made our visit more enjoyable and made the experience memorable!

Unfortunately, the front desk service was poor. There was a lack of knowledge and inaccuracies with documentation and paperwork…The amenities in the room were average or not functional. The location is nice by the lake and walkable to some restaurants...The Tahoe Adventure team onsite was wonderful. Lewis was a wonderful teacher. Jess helped with relaxation. And Cam (sp?) was fun and energetic.

Beautiful rooms. Our room on the ground floor opened directly onto a lovely dog walk. The hotel is a gorgeous mountain retreat and the lobby is warm and inviting. We were traveling during off season, between summer and snow, so it was very quiet. All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Nice little cafe served breakfast eats, coffee and tea, but know that they do not accept cash.

Big thanks to the overall team, everyone from the guys on the front drive, to the Market & Sierra (food & beverage) staff, front desk, housekeeping and everyone in between - all the way up to the GM. I can clearly see that the customers come first at this property and that it's flawlessly managed from the top down.

Wonderful experience. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast experience was also very good, you should try the Village Benedict at Osteria Sierra. The bartender on swing shift in the casino should keep his personal problems at the door, instead of telling the staff though. Otherwise a perfect stay, and I can't wait to come back next summer.
