Exquisite location and a stellar facility for your next biz meeting. Staff was uber helpful throughout my stay and their amenities were quite phenomenal. The grounds were the real star of the show...at every turn, I was summarily impressed with how much every square inch of the exterior was visually stunning.

Over priced for the amenities. Look elsewhere for a better experience. 30$ parking per night, shower stall after thought pop up style and so small. Most of the money is spent in the pool area great for kids not much there for adults. The furniture is mid century modern, looks like a laugh in set.

On top of resort fees and a handful of other fees. Expect a 12.25% occupancy fee. Because the I guess the nightly room rate doesn’t account for people actually using the room. Also i expect a nicer room from a grand Hyatt. I’ve stayed in cheaper hyatts that were better.

A truly excellent three generation Thanksgiving break. King rooms are excellent… large, well equipped, very comfortable beds, very clean. Pool area is very good with selection of pools, lazy river, slides and good food options… with plenty of seating areas. Very good Thanksgiving dinner. So good we have already booked next Thanksgiving!

Probably my favorite resort that I have stayed at in the Palm Springs area. Beautiful grounds, exceptional food (other than the grab and go cafe but whatever), large and well-appointed rooms with good sized bathrooms. Fun waterpark with a lazy river and big slides for the kids (and kid-adjacent), as well as an adults only area. Self parking is $30 vs $35 for valet, so why not valet? Attentive, polite staff even at holiday staffing levels. Decent tennis courts, right next to the municipal golf course. Like almost all resorts in the area, you have to drive to get anyone off-resort but you probably won’t feel the need to if you are here for only a few days.
