We turned up off spec for a late lunch & drinks mid afternoon. We enjoyed truly excellent service from Hannah, who was professional, friendly and helpful in equal parts & we enjoyed excellent food also. All very relaxed and peaceful . We shall definitely look to return and book overnight stay(s) .

Every member of staff was friendly and approachable. A late lunch in the Lounge was delicious, and served by the friendliest and most helpful waiter Hannah, who really made our visit memorable and special, even putting a tablecloth on our table to help the acoustics. She’s a star!

Fantastic hotel, well located in city centre, very clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had many options between the main order. Also had the afternoon tea which was beyond expectations. Highly recommend stay at the hotel!

What to say about Ness Walk to do it justice? From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless. We were greeted with champagne, waters and coffees on arrival. We had arrived very early on the Caledonian sleeper train and were exhausted. The staff turned our room around so quickly, we were able to head straight up to a beautiful room and the comfiest king size bed. It was our anniversary and the staff had prepared a delicious and beautifully presented desert plate to celebrate, alongside a handwritten note from the team. We had a busy few days whilst staying at Ness Walk. We went salmon fishing with the hotel’s recommended guide (Greenhighlander Scotland), which we highly recommend. We had fabulous cocktails in the hotel bar, courtesy of Scott. The hotel organised for us to go on a boat cruise around Loch Ness. Lastly, we indulged in their impressive tasting menu. The food was delicious and the wine pairing the perfect match. Credit to all the team. We’ll definitely be returning. Thank you Ness Walk!

We loved our weekend at Ness Walk. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew we had made the right choice in Inverness. Our room was spacious, very clean, comfy bed with tea and coffee facilities. A towelling robe and slippers. Whats not to love it was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful from reception, housekeeping, and concierge so friendly and immaculately turned out for a Scottish hotel. The Scottish Breakfast was one of the best we have experienced. Full continental with the choice of a cooked option. A big shout out to Gary our breakfast chef. There was also a gated car parking area which was another plus. Unfortunately we did not have dinner in the hotel as we had booked other venues. So we intend to visit again this year and book dinner in their dining room. This was out first visit but certainly not our last.
