We stayed at Ness Walk for two nights on a B&B rate. The hotel is located by the River Ness and enjoys views of the river. Car parking is available at an extra charge but worth the cost for convenience. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Excellent choice at breakfast and dinner with gluten free options available. Just wanted to mention the fantastic service received by both Suzanne on concierge and Francesca assistance with dinner options.

We just had the most relaxing and luxurious stay at this beautiful classy 5 star hotel. The staff were outstanding from arrival where we were met by the manager Kevin, in the car park who helped us in with our luggage. The reception staff while checking us in, offered us a delicious glass of champagne! The rooms are immaculate and a tuck down service at night is met with homemade chocolates on your pillow. We had dinner in the Torish Restaurant which could easily have been a Michelin star meal. We celebrated our 28yrs wedding anniversary and have been coming here since our silver anniversary. An absolute must visit for a bit of luxury that doesn’t break the bank with beautiful surroundings and easy access to the gorgeous beaches and countryside that the north of Scotland has to offer. A less than 5 minute walk to the entertainment venue along the road, Eden Court, which offers excellent shows.

Once again another amazing stay at Ness Walk Hotel. The entire staff are second to none!! From the moment you check in to the moment you check out, you are cared for and looked after in the warmest and most sincere way! Torrish Restaurant is a true culinary delight. I enjoyed a superb dinner on my last night. Kudos and compliments to the chef and staff for an outstanding experience. I have now made a trip to Ness Walk and Torrish an annual event. My sincere thanks to the entire staff!!

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful area which overlooks the River Ness. Five star hotel with five star service. We unfortunately arrived a week early after booking the wrong date! The staff were incredible, especially Monica who was so patient and helpful and fixed our reservation. A great gesture giving us a glass of champagne on our arrival. Monica showed us to our room which was warm and inviting. Dinner was superb and beautifully presented as was the breakfast. All in all a great experience and a hotel which prides itself in looking after its clients. We'll certainly be back.

We are so happy we booked this place for our stay. The staff were very nice, the food at the restaurant was delicious, hotel is located in a great area, walkable to city centre and the view was just stunning from our room. River ness was right there along with the ness islands and that was fantastic! The botanic gardens are also close by and i can imagine it’s even better during the summer. When we are back to Inverness, we will book here again for sure. The only thing that seemed to be an issue was that the bathroom had a bad smell to it. Even when we would leave for the whole day, the smell remained so we had to leave the bathroom door open the whole day eventually. But this would not take away from how much we adored this place. Stay here, you won’t regret it.
