Ness Walk

Probably one of the best options in Inverness if you want a touch of luxury and very good service. The location on the river presents a nice outlook with the hotel grounds itself has a luxury cottage feel. Service is good and so is the food (especially the breakfast). The rooms are a good size, modern and spotless. Depending on what you're after, the only downside was for me was that the rooms lacked any real character and didn't match the cottage feel of the rest of the hotel. I would have liked the rooms to be more Scottish and cozy. But this is a minor point.

Excellent hotel! Wonderful views! Staff goes above and beyond to help!! The staff recommended great thi gs to do in the area and helpful with restaurants to eat at. The garden area is lovely. Hotel breakfast is very good. Room are very well decorated. Lobby area is very welcoming.

Ness Walk has an amazing staff. I broke my leg at the end of vacation, but they were so caring and attentive. Their room service was great (timely & good). Housekeeping was on top of it. The location was right along the river and a short walk to lots of shops & restaurants. However, the staff & hotel were awesome!

Everything and everyone at this precious location is lovely & absolutely perfect. A restful and welcoming place to stay loaded with grace and class. I would highly recommend Ness Walk to anyone seeking quiet comfort while staying in Inverness.

Our stay at the Ness Walk was perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They greet you in the parking lot by name, help with luggage, and offer you champagne and a seat in the lounge. The morning we left our car was covered with bird poop (we parked under a tree) and a staff member washed the car for us! The food is delicious and the fudge they make there is divine as well! We would definitely return again. Walked along the river to town easily. Outstanding location and service.
