Outstanding service from the first moment. Mesut and Engin were completely on top of everything. The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful as we navigated the unrest in Istanbul. They made sure we were safe and were in touch with us throughout. And the breakfast is ridiculously good...the best of any place I have ever stayed.

5 GIORNI DA FAVOLA - HOTEL SUPERLATIVO, SERVIZI AL TOP, GENTILEZZA ECCELLENTE, PULIZIA MASSIMA; CHE DIRE, 10 E LODE. Anche la posizione è strepitosa davanti al Bosforo in più dispone di una buona SPA oltre a una piscina esterna piacevolissima.

Un hotel de lujo excelente. Sus habitaciones, alimentos y personal hicieron mi estancia increible. Hotel super recomendable para pasajeros de lujo. Sus jardines y albercas muy hermosos. El Palacio digno de visitarlo. Me encantó hospedarme en esta propiedad.

This place was so nice, I loved the customer service, the breakfast was great and I loved the hookah bar on-site. I really enjoyed the view from my room and from the pool. The restaurant in the middle to watch the view to eat. Please make sure you go to breakfast on site.

Absolutely fell in love with this place! The history, the views, and the sheer grandeur of Çırağan Palace make it an unforgettable spot. We went for shisha and had the best service—every detail was handled with such care. Enjoyed some finger food, tea, and coffee, all of which were top-notch. Sipping tea while overlooking the Bosphorus felt like pure luxury. Whether you’re here for a meal, shisha, or just to soak in the palace vibes, this place is a must-visit!
