Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

The pillows were actually very fluffy, which is good for my back, but the one thing about this hotel that has been unmatched by any other hotel in Turkey so far during our stay is the room service. Their menu is very extensive with a lot of American friendly options as well as other cuisines. Abdurrahman brought us our breakfast every morning and he became to learn our order as we were staying here. The team downstairs was amazing and allowed us to customize our food and they served it to us every morning. They even threw in cookies and pastries, as well as chocolate covered strawberries, and a cake on my sister’s birthday. They were amazing and I will be staying at this hotel every single time I come here just because of the quality of the service. It was tailored to our exact needs in fact, they even went to the store to get us a medicine.

we are delighted. everything is perfect and at the highest level. especially the friendliness of the staff. Cemre in the restaurant was wonderful. Selma too. The food was delicious and fresh. Thank you very much for making our stay beautiful.

Fourth or fifth time at this amazing hotel that hits all the right highs, price to quality ratio included - and, they literally saved my knee! Conrad has everything I want - great location, super amenities, hair stylist, gym (with great dance/ techno butt shaking music, beautiful views and super rooms. So comfy and calm - never hear a peep from anyone next door. But their most precious asset is the staff. They will drop anything to serve you. I had a knee injury that threatened to put me in the ER - the manager on duty, Sefa, and his wonderful assistant manager Gamze, spent hours with me in the room, calling doctors, arranging for nurses, and just kept me company while I was at pain level 12. It turns out I didn’t need to go to the hospital, but they sent out for crutches (great!) and a cane for the flight home. All while distracting and consoling me, making sure the pain pills worked. Room service is always efficient and I asked for some items that were not on the menu but on small platters in the executive lounge - no problem. They brought them to me on a large plate. Such amazing service I would never get if I ended up in the hospital! I can’t say enough good things about the Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus - it’s no surprise they are among the top hotels in Istanbul ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Health Club Team was amazing. One special “THANK YOU” goes to Onur and Melike for their kindness and professionality. Your company needs to be very proud to have team members like them. The gym and spa are very crean and smart, and the hammam is fantastic!
