The location is terrific for those who do not mind a little walking and who desire more of a local flavor. The public transportation system is 10/10. Take the ferry to the main attraction for as little as 50 cents usd per person. We did it as a family of six but admittly took the taxi to spice market which was 200 lira going and 450 lira coming back. Traffic was congested in the eying. Hospitality: If I could give a higher score than 10, I would have. All the employees treated us with kindness and respect. The doorman Memhet, save us money on the taxi going and give us valuable information each time we went out on our exclusions Benefits of Diamond membership: the manger Ergun Ertuna treated us so well as a diamond member. He made sure we received complimentary breakfast which turned out to be breakfast fitted for kings and queens, an upgrade, and total access to executive lounge. The executive lounge was one of the best of any countries I have visited. The happy hour (5-7) served as a full meal for my family..Lastly special thanks to Gamez who give us late check out with no issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Bosphorus. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The view from both restaurants but especially the Summit Bar is spectacular. Cocktails and the sushi at the Summit Bar are also excellent. However, what really made our stay special are the staff and the wonderful service. Everyone from the reception to housekeeping (thanks Birol Bey) and restaurant staff, whoever we came across, were so nice and ready to help. They made us feel special and truly at home.

I had a pleasent stay, everyone were so nice except the waiters in the restaurants . However, the rest were so so nice and better than the swiss hotel , specially Doorma Mehmet , he is so kind funny and nice . The rooms were so clean and i felt safe there and no need to be afraid of my stuff , Thank you all

Very outstanding customer service with very warm hospitality by Mr Ahmed Serkan at the front desk , i was unlucky as i got a room on first floor with view at other windows hotel rooms :( room service was very tasty. Furniture is not new and just ok.

Everything is fine so far, just there are nice empty tennis courts and we can’t play tennis because is very expensive! At the breakfast the food & people were very good employees where nice and Miss Eylul was great help to us. We are a group of tennis players and we chose this hotel because it has two tennis courts, we brought tennis rackets with lots of tennis clothes. SO Please let us play tennis for these five for free up to Monday one hour per day. Thank you so much in advance.
