CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I need to thank Elif Azara Altun, Recep, Meryem, Utku who helped me locate my mobile phone that I left in a local taxi. You guys are super stars and best service ever - I loved you guys and thought your are so professional and best at your game. keep up the good work all!

I had a fantastic stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. The service was exceptional, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. 🇹🇷 The lobby is elegant and welcoming, 🌿🍀and the hotel offers excellent security. The breakfast was a highlight with a huge selection with amazing Turkish options. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Istanbul🥑🍌🍇

The shisha at hezarfen lounge was excellent....service provided by mert was amazing!!!!!!!the sushi at the restaurant on ground floor was excellent and our server suden was very helpful!!!overall th stay at the hotel was the best amongst all the hotels that I have stayed in the taksim area

I booked 2 suites for an 8-night stay. On the 6th night 300USD and 33USD of equivalent foreign currency were taken from the safe in my room. They did the investigation and found out nothing and told me if you want you can go to police. The stay was OK till that point after which the trip was destroyed. End point, don’t leave any money in the safe so you don’t face what I faced.

I visit Istanbul annually and I have tried different hotels, and every time I pass by CVK park hotel I say I must return to it, because I stayed there several years ago and I remember very well how enjoyable my stay was and I loved everything about this hotel before. This year we booked two rooms, one city view and the other part of the Bosphorus view. The room is distinctive in design, I loved the details, but the Jacuzzi is annoying for taking shower and is not suitable. I prefer to have a regular shower. the bathroom is filled with water because of the leakage from the Jacuzzi. What really impressed me was that when I returned to the room after breakfast, I found the worker cleaning the room and I loved that they paid attention to the details. He was cleaning the glass of the chandelier, I really did not expect that they would pay attention to these details. Thank you Putu. I would like to mention that we were given the room an hour and a half late from check-in time, and there was not even an apology. In the room I prefer to have coffee machine instead of kettle.The breakfast was very varied and had everything that comes to mind. By the way, I would like to thank Fatih and ERK for their excellent service. But we faced a problem on the egg corner. The was no queue the people are messy and the eggs chefs were not qualified for that. special thanks for Buse from the breakfast 6th floor.
