Amazing service and great location
Superb in just about every way. Was just in Istanbul for a weekend visiting my friend and the Ritz Carlton looked after us in every way. Esma on reception and Aslem in the executive lounge stood out in terms of looking after us. We will be back! X

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful time at The Ritz Carlton. It's a beautiful place with beautiful views. The standard of food and service was above and beyond what we expected. I would like to give Bugra a special mention. He was a young man that had only been working there a few weeks but he was so helpful. We will definitely be coming back and I would recommend The Ritz Hotel Carlton.

Amazing stay at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul!
Great stay at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul. The room (711) overlooking the Bosphorus was very spacious, clean and service was amazing! Special shoutout to the employees of the hotel that made our stay memorable especially Hasret (the manager on duty), Nisa and Onur at breakfast and Bugra at the reception!

Wonderful
I was in spasoul for the first time and do the hammam, it was amazing experience for me and giving thanks to erna and nopi for good massage and memory. ;) Also, thank you for the wonderful hospitality at the hotel, I will definitely come back again

Seckin was a really good worker, he helped us a lot. We were really glad that we chose to stay in Ritz-Carlton. He suggested the best choices for us and my family. My family and I are amazed by the employment!! Thank you so much! I am really glad that we chose you!
