Was an amazing experience and the reception was friendly, specially “seckin” was an amazing host tried to help us as much as he can, Everything went as smoothly as it could, I would definitely recommend friends and anyone visiting Istanbul to stay at the ritz carlton

Incredible Hotel
Spend couple of days as a family, incredible hotel from top to bottom, breakfast, rooms, location, club lounge all are top class but more than these what makes this hotel special is the team and staff, from door to front office from restaurants to house keeping, all the people were incredibly and genuinely nice, special thanks to Mevlüthan Özen from front office for his amazing attention to details and unforgettable surprise.

Pleasant experience
I had a pleasant experience at Spasoul. Erna took care of me and was very professional and attentive to details. She has good energy and transmits it through her service. I had pealing and foam massage, which permitted me to relax fully. Thank you.

Amazing Spa Experience
Last night in Turkiye! Amazing views and food. The best part was our visit to the spa. Thanks to Melisa, Nopi and Knisa for five star service! I had a Bali massage and my husband a hamam and massage. Unbelievable staff and facilities. Highly recommend!
