Best Ritz Carlton
Upon arriving, Semih warmly welcomed me and escorted me to the front desk, where Esma greeted me with exceptional professionalism. Later, Bora gave me a wonderful tour of the hotel and introduced me to delightful Turkish amenities. Bugra from the bell team was incredibly helpful, bringing my luggage to the room and providing an extra rack. Ruya showed me around the Marriott lounge, while Aybuke from concierge recommended a great restaurant and a shop for family gifts. What an amazing team! Esma, Aybuke, and Ruya even encouraged me to try different Turkish coffees. I will definitely be back.

Perfect from start to end
Exceptional staff, so attentive. When I checked in with Eca she had remembered I said I was jet lagged. When I checked into my room she had a lavender bag and pillow spray sent up for me which I found so thoughtful. Beautiful room and bathrooms. All very modern and decorated beautifully. Spa was also so peaceful, I had a salt scrub with Nisa she was brilliant. The spa is a must see the marble hammam room where I had the salt scrub is a must.

Merve the Marvelous
Merve was an incredible Pilates instructor. She paid close attention to strengths and weaknesses and made sure to adjust accordingly to maximize the individual results. I can’t say enough great things about her, just sign up and you’ll see. The facility is top notch. From the weight room, to the heavy bag, to the sauna and jacuzzi, I was amazed. I’ve used it all week and been impressed with the attentiveness of the staff every day. Treat yourself to one of their packages and you too will rave about it! Bravo 👏🏽

Wonderful experience
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel staff extremely friendly and cordial. Our visit to this hotel was extraordinary, especially Muhammet, Halil and Aysun were extremely cordial. The hotel chef prepared for us a delicious Turkish breakfast! and on the 12th floor, the host prepared a five-star aperol spritz for me.

Authentic Relaxation with Outstanding Service
The Hamam visit was an amazing experience. Mrs. Erna’s skilled and attentive service made me feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The atmosphere was calming, authentic, and perfect for unwinding. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended!
