Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul

I had the pleasure of staying at Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul, and I must say that everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Ozqar, who went above and beyond to assist us with our lounge experience. His helpfulness truly made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Thank you, Ozqar, for your excellent service! I highly recommend staying at this hotel for its exceptional service and beautiful views.

Shangri la is hands down my favorite hotel in turkiye. This year I stayed there for 2 weeks. The staff is exceptional, they handle every issue with respect and kindness. Whoever wants to go to Istanbul please do not hesitate to book at shangri la. The food is perfect, wether it’s room service, ist too or Shang palace.. to me the best food I’ve always had in Istanbul was always in Shangri La. The staff is so respectful and kind, the best I have encountered through my whole life (really not exaggerating) I keep saying that Shangri la’s best asset is its staff from bellmen to managers. This hotel has won many awards for a reason. Special thanks to Aybek bey, Umut bey and Dina hanem for always making us feel welcome all the time. 1000/10. Shangri la will always be my home in Istanbul.

We had the most amazing experience service was top.i defiently would reccomend this hotel.the staff was amazing.they couldnt do enough for us.the soa was amazing.this is the place to stay in if your coming to instabul.if i come back i would for sure stay here.

The hotel’s location is absolutely captivating, and I was deeply impressed. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly. I would especially like to thank Mr. Ertan, Mr. Serkan and Mr. Hasan at the front entrance for their outstanding hospitality. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, and its signature restaurant Shang Palace is an outstanding choice for a delightful dinner. We truly loved the hotel and its staff, and we will definitely return.
