Swissotel The Bosphorus

The hotel was lovely with beautiful views. The reception, bell hop, and breakfast staff were all great. However, service at the pool and at the lobby bar was abysmal. We would have to go up and request service every single time because the staff would walk right past us and ignore us to wait on others. We suspect it was because we were two foreign, older women traveling alone. We always tip well and are kind, so these are not contributing reasons.

The property and hospitality is amazing, Breakfast / Food was cooked & served with Love. The people are on the floor are very kind and humble. Ekin & Nazli are exceptional - when it comes to serving the guests / customer delight. I appreciate your efforts & work.

It's an amazing hotel good service and good staff they were amazing Mr. Eray from breakfast gave us a great service I'd like to thank him a lot.... about room mostly were good but when call the service they came too late ande we had problem whit bed The wood is removed from under the bed

The best hotel in Istanbul in terms of everything from rooms to cleanliness . Friendly staff , very kind , helpful and professional. Best food . The restaurants of the hotel are very nice and excellent food and taste . Love it I will definitely go there again

Lovely hotel Great atmosphere Great service Sabrosa restaurant had lovely food, shame service was not 100% Sevval Kahraman very helpful I was ordering a coffee and recommended to try the Turkish coffee, which was excellent and explained how to drink it with sip of water. Eray Teke was so lovely and gave us great service, always happy to help and go that extra mile .
