Great location - it is very close to upscale shopping. Very attentive staff - the front desk, valets, and concierge were always pleasant. Amazing breakfast - the buffet and hot items were all very fresh and local! It was great to be able to dine at Nusret as well.

Park Hyatt Istanbul was incredible! We had a wonderful stay to celebrate a special birthday. Location was great. Easy access to public transport. The steam shower in our bathroom was wonderful. Highly recommend visiting this property. You will love it!

Just returned from our stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul. I would give this property a 4.5 but it lacked a Wow factor to get full 5 stays. Location def seemed a little off the beaten path, when I return I will stay closer to the JW Marriott location in Bosphorus. We ended up using Uber a lot which is yellow taxis but doorman also will call a taxi. Just another thing to deal with as the Ubers/Taxis seemed a little corrupt in trying to tell us there were different additional "surcharges" and would just make up amounts. Check in was easy, they upgraded us to a gorgeous suite that actually had a sauna in the room. Also had a mini Hammam but overall didn't use any of these bathroom upgrades. Was nice to have the space though for our 3 nights. Breakfast was same as the rest of the Hyatt's we stayed at during our 20 day Europe trip, with our Globalist status it was included and you could order off menu in addition to buffet. There were tons of options and homemade juices were awesome but still would have taken the Andaz Prague breakfast over this every day. Which is a little surprising since Istanbul was our favorite food location on the trip! Service was incredible each day at the breakfast. We were departing early morning and they picked an amazing breakfast to go. The rooftop bar had potential but was very limited. They give you free non alcoholic drink coupons but then do not have espresso or tea or anything other than water or sprite, coke. Was a great musician playing the evening we stopped up but it was super dark and only one guest so just didn't have the right vibe to stay long. The view is great and they could improve the experience up there. Pillows were horrible, made it for a tough night sleep. Overall service was a 10 of 10 from front desk to restaurants, etc. Rooms were great. The building itself and arrival experience was underwhelming. Great if you are looking for privacy.

Attentive staff team, from housekeeping, concierge, the breakfast restaurant to the front desk. Staff are observant, keep distance, and they anticipate your needs and act immediately to resolve requests or issues. I was welcomed with fruit, macarons and Turkish delights. I received a little souvenir on the last day. I am thankful for actions of care. Highlight besides the competent staff was the delicious egg dish called Menemem! The entrance, lobby and the view from the room to the back of other buildings... were a bit underwhelmIng for 'park hyatt'. Perhaps it is soon the time for renovation.
