I actually did not stay here but went for drinks twice, and it's beautiful! I can't wait to visit next time and stay for our anniversary. The only thing I would say is that I wanted a table for drinks outside, and although I understand that hotel residents are the priority, I found the manager to be very rube about this, which he later apologised for because I was ready to leave and walk out. The in-house lemonade is refreshing and definitely my new dreamy happy place.

The Peninsula Istanbul is exceptional. The setting alone is extraordinary, with sweeping views over the Bosphorus that make the hotel feel deeply connected to the city rather than simply placed within it. One of the highlights was the hotel boat, which is both glamorous and genuinely useful. Arriving or moving through Istanbul by water gives the experience a sense of occasion that feels perfectly suited to the property. The interiors were another standout. There is a beautiful sense of 1920s travel glamour throughout the hotel—elegant, sophisticated, and evocative without ever feeling themed or nostalgic for its own sake. The design has real atmosphere and personality. The food was excellent as well, and everything we experienced felt considered and beautifully executed. The combination of the view, the boat, the architecture and interiors, and the quality of the dining made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had in a long time.

Perfect weekend. This hotel is a little oasis in the middle of all the action in one of the world's most busy and dynamic cities. Loved our spacious Bosphorus View Deluxe Room! Every detail is anticipated and taken care of. Excellent breakfast menu and service. While there were several truly excellent staff that helped us, I want to give special recognition to Berkay at the outside terrace cafe who served us both for breakfast and lunch. Truly impeccable young man who is so gracious, attentive, and on top of his game. Berkay really did make our stay special. I hope the hotel recognizes his talent. BTW, Peninsula's Steak Tartar is incredible and unique, blending the classic with the flavors of Turkish Muhammara. We indulged twice. We spent a full day at the pool enjoying the waterside views, relaxing, and reading books. The friendly pool staff was notably attentive preemptively moving our umbrella to keep shade on our sun bed throughout the day, and deliver our drinks and snacks. Made for a really a special day of doing nothing and feeling pampered even though we asked nothing other than ordering food and drinks. We were so thankful. This was a bit of splurge for us, but definitely worth every penny!

We’ve spent five days in the Peninsula Istanbul and that was definitely too short. The location of the hotel made sightseeing Istanbul really accessible. The Bosphorus visible from our room and from the breakfast area was simply breathtaking. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of the hotel look phenomenal - you can see the architect’s hand in every detail. Staff was always super-friendly and helpful. When we’ve encountered a small problem with the lighting in our room in the middle of the night the staff immediately send someone to fix it. The quality of the food was on another level. Every dish was a culinary masterpiece. We’ve especially enjoyed a BBQ night in the Spanish restaurant. If you are into sunbathing, you’ll find your place here as well. The outdoor swimming pool area provides everything you could expect from a hotel this standard.

This is a very luxurious and expensive hotel in Istanbul…Excellent location..walking distance to many local adjacent areas…it is located on the water…the suites are very modern…the presidential suite is a very large ,well furnished, many rooms and private access to the private top roof with own swimming pool….very expensive hotel for suites …..The only negative about this hotel is that does not have a good entrance nor have a good lobby…..
