The Peninsula Istanbul

The accommodations and service we were provided at The Peninsula Istanbul was above all expectations.  From the minute we arrived jet-lagged we were provided nothing but kindness and wonderful service.  We interacted with several people from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, in-room dining, management, etc and they took care of us as if we were family.  The servers at the rooftop bar were wonderful and the staff that saw us off when our boat picked us up out front were amazing.   I have stayed at some of the top hotels and top hotel brands in the world like Raffles and Capella and I will say that Peninsula Istanbul is right up there with them on all accounts!  Do not hesitate to book a room here and enjoy yourself!

Stunning property. Will probably win awards. Should be a no brainer option with anyone with means and good taste. The staff flawless and the breakfast superb. French Toast redefined. No need to say more, just come and visit, or miss out.

The Peninsula is by far the best hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is beautifully designed starting from the elegant, spacious and modern rooms to the beautiful gardens/terrace to the stunning outdoor swimming pool. Having breakfast at the Lobby terrace was a fantastic way to start the day, especially with the Bosphorus view. The SPA was outstanding too, with a huge lap pool and spacious facilities. Our Dining experience was excellent, starting from the breakfast that included high-quality A la carte dishes to Gallada which had creative dishes and In-Room Dining which served one of the best burgers I had in my life (must-try)! The Pastry team also deserves special mention - fantastic! What made the hotel stand out was the people - the service was incredibly smooth. Requests or inquiries via Chat were answered within two minutes and even if you need to communicate across different departments, everything stays in one conversation and things get done efficiently. The staff are incredibly kind and great example of Turkish hospitality. I also found that the Peninsula has a higher ratio of staff-to-guest than many of its competitors, ensuring that the service remains consistent. Despite high occupancy, we did not face a single delay, and the structure of the hotel gives a very private and exclusive feel. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and cannot wait to return.

we had a bit of a difficult time after check-in, although no fault of the staff Initial room was close to the road and un La Street singer kept us up Night manager and morning staff were very helpful in moving us to a better room In a rush we left some items behind and they were so helpful in tracking all of this down for us It is the exceptional service at this Peninsula that makes it wonderful stayed 1108

He gave us a warm, attentive tour of the facilities, sharing his deep knowledge with genuine enthusiasm. Eray anticipated our needs, answered every question, and made sure we felt truly welcomed throughout our visit. Staff like him elevate the guest experience, and his professionalism and dedication certainly stand out.
