Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Pera

Gulfer was a very lovely cleaner, and we are very happy with her customer service. The hotel reception staff are professional. However, the only disappointing experience was on the first day when we wanted to have breakfast at the hotel. The restaurant staff did not allow us to have breakfast in front of other guests and brought the POS machine to our table.

Exceptional service with great passion of all the staffs. Thanks also to Zara from the guest relations for her recommendations on restaurants and help in organising tours and transport. A big thanks to Umida from housekeeping for her enthusiasm in keeping our room clean and surprises for our little boy. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon. We had an amazing stay, everyone at the reception were super welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable. Gülfer was absolutely amazing and very hospitable. Will definitely be coming back!

We spent five wonderful days at Radisson Blu Pera and were overall very satisfied with our stay. Room and Service: The room was cozy and well-equipped. Special thanks to Mohamed at the reception, who was always attentive and quick to assist. He helped us resolve all our requests efficiently, including a room change. His professionalism and courteous manner made a positive impression. Breakfast and Cleaning: Breakfasts were enjoyable, and Zeynep’s attentive and friendly service added to the experience. Housekeeping was exceptional, and we want to thank Selbi for keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. Location: The hotel’s location is fantastic, with Galata Tower just a short walk away and Istiklal Street only 12 minutes on foot. New Year’s Eve: We celebrated New Year’s Eve at the rooftop restaurant, which was truly a highlight. The service, food, and atmosphere were excellent, making it a memorable evening. Overall: The hotel’s great location, friendly staff, and excellent amenities made our stay enjoyable. While everything was mostly perfect, there’s always room for improvement, which we’re confident the team will achieve. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Istanbul!

The hotel is located near our favorite street and of course shopping stores On the roof of the hotel is located our favorite restaurant Hamdi. The room is nice, and wide, and looks to a beautiful view. The staff is very nice, especially Selbi and Zara who did their best to make our stay enjoyable.
