First, this is a nice hotel in a very nice neighborhood, much like an upmarket San Francisco or NYC vibe. Great restaurant, probably good meeting services, very nice staff. BUT: We are here at this very moment, day 2 of a 2-night stopover on the way home. We got into our room on arrival, and it was warm (23.8 c.) and the HVAC was off. I turned it on, set it to 21, auto, cool. Nope, blowing warm air only. It’s nice and cool outside, a beautiful late October day, but the window is locked closed “for our safety”. I called the front desk and asked them to fix the HVAC because it was too warm and it would not cool. They said they’d send up someone from engineering. ……. Nothing, for hours. Second request, same answer. It cooled slightly due to dropping outdoor temperatures, so we could sleep, but it still wasn’t working. I could see a symbol on the control display of a little house with a lock. I suspected that it was locked out for the season. This morning we went down for breakfast and I asked AGAIN at the front desk. They told me it was set to limited hours for winter. Fine, except that it was NOT working within the hours he said it would. He said they would send someone to unlock it, and still nothing… We JUST had a knock at the door.the engineer finally came, 27 hours after my first request. That’s great, but way way way too slow. We leave tomorrow morning. It’s Ben a real fruition for me. Two stars off from an otherwise fair stay. And don’t bother with having them book a ride to the airport. They charge 50 % more than the actual cost(which is €50). Uber charges far less.

Radisson Blu Hotel Sisli is located in a wonderful section of the city. I would like to express my appreciation for the Guest Service Shift Leader, OZAN CEM KARATAS. He was very welcoming, polite, very helpful and professional. I had a few special requests, which I voiced to him when checking in. Not only did he take care of them immediately but he checked back with me later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. This hotel is wonderful, they have an amazing breakfast (great variety of options), the rooms are spacious, clean and very modern. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident, and I would highly recommend Radisson Blu Sisli based on the excellent service provided by the entire staff. I would give a special thank you to Hasim for his very helpful assistance. The lovely staff and location is the perfect place for shoppers. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you, Carlton D.
