Remarkable
My stay at the Raffles Istanbul was quite remarkable, and I would like to tell you about it. In the first place, the hotel is situated in a wonderful location; it is in the heart of the city, but it nevertheless manages to maintain a serene and tranquil ambiance. Throughout my entire stay, the staff made me feel extremely welcome and greeted me with friendly grins from the moment I checked in till the moment I checked out.

One of best hotel experiences in my life!
Amazing..everyone from front desk, to concierge to Idris in coffee shop could not have been nicer. Right in the center of best shopping mall in Istanbul and view is worth $1,000,000! Stay here…you will LOVE it! I left something at the restaurant here last night and concierge sent a courier for it. I had it in 15 minutes. Also try the sea bass and truffle sushi. Maybe the best sushi in my life!

Not what I expected.
When I booked the Raffles and I paid for it, I expected more better than what I get. Especially for a diamond guest. The location of the hotel is poor. They don't have an accessible lounge for the diamond members. I booked a suit and I paid much for it, but I get a poor view in a low floor. The Ipad controller was not working. And the whole experience was just not as expected.

Best Brunch In Raffles Istanbul
I went to Raffles brunch on Sunday. There are many tasty food, also it has a perfect service and comfortable atmosphere. I like Raffles PR Mrs.Yeliz Sari Çalık. She is always professional and hard working, She represents this hotel perfectly. Mr.Suat showed really good hospitality during my brunch.

My Wonderful Experience at Raffles Istanbul
I would like to share my amazing experience at Raffles Istanbul. First of all, the location of the hotel is fantastic; it is centrally located, yet offers a calm and peaceful atmosphere. From check-in to check-out, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend using the spa facilities; it was a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the Turkish cuisine at the hotel is absolutely wonderful! The breakfast service was especially impressive. I want to thank Rahim and Doğan for taking care of me during breakfast. Even though it was a buffet, they brought everything to my table, and I am truly grateful for their attentiveness. I look forward to returning to Istanbul and experiencing the excellent service at Raffles Istanbul once again.
