Sabit Akkaya hair salon
As a couple who wanted to have their hair therapy done together, we chose Sait Akkaya hair salon at Raffles Istanbul. I searched days for finding a specialist to do hair care and I found this salon. They are the best for hair care and hair therapy. We did protein therapy. The staff were very helpful and kind.

The Worst
Disastrous booking experience, the reservations staff are the most incompetent people. They don't know how to create bookings. All they do is back and forth on email without clear resolution. Better give your business to the competition nearby.

Remarkable
My stay at the Raffles Istanbul was quite remarkable, and I would like to tell you about it. In the first place, the hotel is situated in a wonderful location; it is in the heart of the city, but it nevertheless manages to maintain a serene and tranquil ambiance. Throughout my entire stay, the staff made me feel extremely welcome and greeted me with friendly grins from the moment I checked in till the moment I checked out.

One of best hotel experiences in my life!
Amazing..everyone from front desk, to concierge to Idris in coffee shop could not have been nicer. Right in the center of best shopping mall in Istanbul and view is worth $1,000,000! Stay here…you will LOVE it! I left something at the restaurant here last night and concierge sent a courier for it. I had it in 15 minutes. Also try the sea bass and truffle sushi. Maybe the best sushi in my life!
