Istanbul royalty
I had the pleasure of staying at the Ritz Carlton Istanbul recently and had a delightful stay. The check in went smooth and all the front staff were excellent. A special thank you to Halmirza in the breakfast restaurant who was so considerate of my needs and made each visit special. Then there was Ruya of guest relations who was quick to jump to needs as they arose. I would recommend this hotel to the sophisticated traveler for it’s location, staff, and facilities.

Great service and very childfriendly
Amazing hotel, the service, the room, spa area, everything was really great. I had my 3 year old daughter with us and they were so sweeet and kind to make sure she always had everything she needed and more. It's walking distance to Taksim where there is great shopping.

Celebrating our 21st Anniversary here at Ritz Carlton-Istanbul. Our therapists, Tan and Nopi made our 1st Hammam comfortable and with so much care. We had a delightful experience. We are happy we did it at Spa Soul. Highly recommended to couples!

Thoroughly recommend the Ritz!
A thoroughly enjoyable weekday at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul for a mixture of business and pleasure. We started on a roof terrace suite on the second floor however the music from the outdoor festival venue close by makes it pretty undesirable and after raising this with management I was moved to suites on the club level floor which was excellent. There’s a huge range of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the qualities is very good. What’s the hotel is good they recommended a number of local restaurants which were excellent. The concierge service is very good. The indoor pool and gym a clean and spacious, Jim has plenty of equipment but only a small space for individual HIIT or yoga workouts. The outdoor pool is whilst very small is incredibly pleasant. The location is very good with many of the sites within the walking distance and the others a short taxi right away

Was an amazing experience and the reception was friendly, specially “seckin” was an amazing host tried to help us as much as he can, Everything went as smoothly as it could, I would definitely recommend friends and anyone visiting Istanbul to stay at the ritz carlton
