Exceptional experience, very welcoming staff and helpful as well. Ali in the executive lounge is very nice and helpful. Other staff members are excellent especially concierge and house keeping “Karim”. Cleaning is perfect, amenities , food are great.

Rooms, beds , view ….. everything is perfect , except lobby decoration . Towels, sheets , view , stuff , breakfast, spa, fitness, ….. , shops , garden very beautiful, but we were member before there was Miyako we use to come but now there is only Indian and chalet restaurants left which was not bad . So over all we love Swissotel. Miss Vesile help us as her everybody is so kind.

Very crowded but good all the same. Fabulous location overlooking the bhospurous. Service was good and warm though a bit inefficient at times. Be careful of touts outside the hotel. We had an attempted bag snatching which fortunately they didn't get away with.

The hotel is nice enough and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. I was unfortunately allocated a room with direct view of the restaurant on the eat 5 floor. While the inconvenience of having to live with the curtains drawn most of the time is bearable, when the restaurant turns into a disco with very loud music every evening, it becomes simply impossible to sleep. This is not acceptable when you have to be ready for meetings the next day.
