Our best experience with Baris the Lobby Waiter
Baris the waiter at the Lobby was quite helpful and friendly. I like seen professionals like him in such nice Hotels. I would recommend to anyone Swiss Bosphorus who is looking for a clean, beautiful Hotel with an amazing atmosphere. Herkese iyi Tatiler:)

Amazing, feels like our second home
Ersin has become like family, he made our stay at the Swissotel much better. We love this hotel and have been coming back for now the 10th year. The Swissotel is by far our favourite hotel is Istanbul, the Bosporous views are magnificent, lobby is lovely and the rooms are so spacious and clean.

Dinner at Madhu's Swissotel Bosphorus Istanbul
Had a really good meal at Madhus restaurant. We were attended by Lokman. He was very attentive and explained the menu tonis and made sure we had an enjoyable meal. The restaurant had a good ambience and great views outside. The food was delicious and well presented.

The room service staff took very good care of us. He provided us with a very good service. He made our stay very enjoyable with his treats. Thank you very much, Mr. Feridun. their food was great. The view from our room was very nice, thank you very much for everything

Amazing Stay
Overall we had a great experience here. My husband is on a business trip, hence we used the laundry service quite often. Mr Ozgur Cicekdal is very accommodating and gave his best service. I travelled alone when my husband is on his business trip and the concierge gave great information and tourist tips (their concierge is a part of Les Clefs d'Or). Breakfast selection was adequate. The only downside is its uphill location - lots of climbing before we reach the hotel, but that is not a big issue
