Good and safe place for Winter vacation
Service is good, but your computer system is too old and not good. The fixture in the new Aqua 2 is already start to broken and the noise control (insolation) between unites are very bad. You moved the mini-mart to a remote place which make it very incontinent.

Do not buy into this resort, their sales people do not act with integrity as their mission statement says.
Sales department is not honest. Their mission statement includes acts with integrity, but they did not. They fired the sales rep who sold us a program that does not exist. And they did nothing about it. Nice place to visit. Just don't buy into the resort.

Another great week at Pacifica.
Another great week at Pacifica Resort. The staff were friendly and professional. There are many diner options including a great buffet and several specialty restaurants. The gondola ride down to the beach is always fun. The living units are beautiful and well kept. I always have fun visiting Pacifica.

great large room across from spa , overlooking golf coarse, nice big pool with lunch service below, resort has great sea food dishes , staff is very polite and friendly and helpful, love the nice long walks on the beach :)

Magical Ixtapa at Pacifica Resort Ixtapa
We have been coming every year for 6 years and just love Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo. The people at Pacifica Ixtapa are all so friendly and we see so many of the same people each year, and they remember our names! The dining choices are incredible and the food is wonderful at every meal. The beach is gorgeous and the many pools offer a variety of how to spend your day. It is easy to venture into Ixtapa's little centro or Zihuatanejo for a change of scenery, and fun exploration!
