Absolute horrible nightmare of a place. Horrible customer service and crappy room. They gave us a room facing a garage and refused to move us. Wound up switching hotels and had to spend $2k more for our vacation. Would never ever stay here. Stay away!!!!!

I was there on a girls weekend. The hotel was beautiful decorated in holiday decor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub in the mornings and it was perfectly heated. There’s a complimentary pantry on each floor. The Bistro has the best food hands down. Delicious and fresh and wonderful staff. Overall A+

Be advised. They have a roofop terrace that they rent out for parties. Some are not noisy. Some are VERY VERY VERY Disruptive. The noice permeates throughout the entire building. They end the noice at 10PM. Plus the lobby is very very crowded and busy. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is NOT the place. Try the Rusty Parrott.

Really impressed by our onenight stay. Ideal location, just adjacent to Antler Square and easily walkable to all the good restaurants downtown. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel and in the rooms. They did a nice job of balancing luxury a modern feel while still having some western aesthetic. The hotel restaurant (the bistro) looked good for dinner, though we only got the opportunity to try breakfast. Lastly, great service from everyone we encountered.

The only coffee is downstairs near the desk from 6 to 9 AM The rooms are gorgeous, however to make them pretty they use very uncomfortable furniture even at the high cost. We paid for the room. We left one night early simply because we could not sleep there. They’re located right downtown, which makes it easy for walking anywhere. The staff themselves are incredible, very eager to help and a very apologetic for the poor management
