The hotel, room, facilities, and the bistro were all fantastic. However, on three separate occasions on three consecutive days our peaceful enjoyment in your hotel was interrupted by maintenance. As a builder for 38 years I understand required maintenance. However, knowing every tool used in all trades, your vendors chose to use convenient tools and not the most efficient or quietest. Screw guns were set to hammer drill instead of screw, hole cutting done with a jigsaw instead of a hole saw or similar, etc. It was heard throughout the lobby and in our room, 203. Additionally, we used your concierge for many excursions. However, relative to a key issue he was not available which is understandable. When I left a message with my room number at the front desk for expedited service I received no response from anyone. This negatively impacted our stay and activities. The reason given was the front desk agent did not input the correct room number. As I told the on duty manager, one of the front desk’s primary functions is to utilize the room number to assure all information related to that room and guests are properly managed. We are disappointed. We chose your hotel over our regular Four Seasons due to your location.

Absolute horrible nightmare of a place. Horrible customer service and crappy room. They gave us a room facing a garage and refused to move us. Wound up switching hotels and had to spend $2k more for our vacation. Would never ever stay here. Stay away!!!!!

I was there on a girls weekend. The hotel was beautiful decorated in holiday decor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We used the hot tub in the mornings and it was perfectly heated. There’s a complimentary pantry on each floor. The Bistro has the best food hands down. Delicious and fresh and wonderful staff. Overall A+

Be advised. They have a roofop terrace that they rent out for parties. Some are not noisy. Some are VERY VERY VERY Disruptive. The noice permeates throughout the entire building. They end the noice at 10PM. Plus the lobby is very very crowded and busy. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is NOT the place. Try the Rusty Parrott.

Really impressed by our onenight stay. Ideal location, just adjacent to Antler Square and easily walkable to all the good restaurants downtown. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the hotel and in the rooms. They did a nice job of balancing luxury a modern feel while still having some western aesthetic. The hotel restaurant (the bistro) looked good for dinner, though we only got the opportunity to try breakfast. Lastly, great service from everyone we encountered.
