I recently booked a trip to the Rustic Inn Lodge, and I have to say it was a huge disappointment. The accommodations did not match what was advertised online—this is not a luxury resort as they claim. Our room had a terrible smell, and the stained carpets made it even worse. The swimming pool had an uninspiring view of the street, and the so-called private spa hot tub overlooked the parking lot. Hardly the serene getaway we expected! When we checked in and expressed our concerns, the staff was completely unhelpful. Despite paying the entire trip in advance, they refused to refund us or find a solution, delivering a rehearsed response that made it clear they had dealt with complaints like ours before. This experience felt like a scam, and I strongly advise against staying here. Save your money and look elsewhere for your Jackson Hole getaway!

This is a fine resort. It has beautiful cabins, some of which are attached, and others are separated. The rooms and grounds are very well maintained. There are many fire pits around, including at least one in a teepee which was nice and cozy inside. The breakfast area is very nice with a wonderful buffet. The breakfast staff is very hard working. The standalone glass octagon exercise room is a very pleasant place to work out. Having cabins separated from the main lodge can be a nuisance in bad weather. THEY NEED LIGHTING AROUND THE LOWER ATTACHED CABINS because it is very hard to see the curb/stairs when it is dak.

The rustic inn was the perfect cabin for us. Free breakfast buffet was delicious with outstanding attentive staff. The outside fire pits was a great touch in the evening after long day at the grand Teton park. Driving downtown was minutes away. Will stay here again

My wife and I stayed here last week. Some of the issues we found, The Kuerig did not work properly, when we called the front desk to ask for a replacement, she said, I'll see what I can do. She did nothing. When the staff cleaned our room, they didn't restock the K-Cups, perhaps they heard the Kuerig didn't work. Went to get complementary coffee in the lobby, it was luke warm at best. The shower temp was not very warm, water pressure was very low. The things we did enjoy, the grounds are beautiful, the room was beautiful and quiet, the breakfast buffet was very good.

Wonderful property. Walking distance from downtown. Great staff. Quiet, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again. Outdoor areas were great for enjoying the evening. Shuttles available and reliable. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water.
