The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

My girlfriend and I got our first ever couples treatment at the Sage Spa in the Rusty Parrot. We opted for the 90-minute “energy force” massage and crystal exfoliation with custom aromatherapy. We were sent an online questionnaire with all kinds of questions to drive our treatment. Instead of asking about my skin or sore muscles, it asked more personal questions, including what kind of flowers I liked and where I’d like to spend a Friday night. Based on the survey answers, the massage staff determined that my best match was the Phia “Grounding” essential oil scent. The message therapists were top-notch and the whole experience was above and beyond what we had ever experienced at a spa. I highly recommend it!

Incredible hotel in downtown Jackson! My husband, son and I spent four nights at the Rusty Parrot for a ski vacation during our son's ski week. What a warm, comfortable and beautiful hotel. We felt welcome from the moment we checked in. We had breakfasts and a dinner at Wild Sage, and it was delicious. We enjoyed drinks at the cozy bar every night before dinner, and loved the experience. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, and the massages we got at the spa were excellent. We stayed on the 2nd floor and utilized the cozy seating area and complimentary coffee and tea and cookies every afternoon. And don't forget to check out the views of town and nearby mountains from the 3rd floor deck. There's a complimentary shuttle twice in the mornings and twice in the afternoons to and from Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. We used this shuttle every day that we skied. We'd definitely stay here again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband and I enjoyed 5 nights at the Rusty Parrot on our trip to Jackson. The staff was very attentive and wanted to make sure you were happy. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We enjoyed the gas fireplace in our room and the cookies and hot apple cider that was available on the second floor for all guests. I visted the spa for a massage and I was very pleased. The staff helped arrange our final day tour and all went smoothly. When we had to wait for our airport pick up after check out they very kindly gave us some snacks and water. Great attention to detail.

It is hard to say enough good things about this place. It is brand new having reopened in July, 2024 following a rebuild from a fire 4 years earlier. The rooms are very nice, albeit not huge, but the staff and the amenities throughout the hotel are first class and, collectively, they make the place one of the better places we have stayed for the money. We enjoyed both their Spa and their restaurant, Wild Sage and found both, particularly the restaurant, to be superb. The restaurant was the best we ate at in Jackson over our four days there. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was top notch especially given that my visit was during the shoulder season. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and the spa was a 10! We also dined at the restaurant one night and the food was outstanding. The location is also perfect walking distance to town
