The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

Our stay at The Rusty Parrot was amazing! The staff was so attentive, the rooms were gorgeous, there were snacks in the afternoon, room cleaning came twice every day. However the real above and beyond was Bruce. Our daughter couldn’t find any Uber or Lyft to drive her to the airport since we had different flights and we left before her. Bruce personally drove her to the airport and made sure she made her flight. She said the whole staff tried to help her get a ride, and Bruce was so kind enough to drive her. Amazing client services, couldn’t recommend it here enough!

The personal service and hospitality of every staff member is exceptional at this boutique hotel which was just rebuilt and opened in June 2024. From our arrival and check in with Astrid and Colleen, we knew the hotel was special. They both treated us as though we were friends. They gave us great advice about local sights and restaurants. Our king room was luxurious with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Little touches like having coffee tea, and freshly baked cookies available make you feel at home. Patrick and Duck, at the Sage restaurant, made my birthday dinner experience first rate. The hotel is located in a quiet section of Jackson, but close walking distance to all the restaurants and the charming downtown. The small but intimate spa provides great service and massages. We will definitely return.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cookies, specialty teas, upscale furnishings. The bed was very comfortable, and overall feel of hotel was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! We will definitely be returning!!

I stayed in near by hotel in downtown Jackson, decided to visit this new hotel. Due to an amazing introduction of the restaurant from Alek I decided to come back for dinner. I’m so glad I did, amazing ambience and food. What a wonderful service from Hayley, so informative, professional and kind. Such a pleasure to meet her. Alek and Hayley are such an asset! Overall, everyone were great but I had to mentioned this two individuals - Thank you to you both!

The Rusty Parrot is just about perfect. Newly rebuilt it is a beautiful hotel. Amazing, helpful, friendly staff - special thank you to Alek. We really enjoyed the western art throughout the lobby and halls. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious with large tubs and separate showers with lots of hot water and great water pressure. I'm going to have to order the blow dryer they provided. There were coffee and cookies available on the second floor near a cozy seating area. Husband and I both had massages at the spa, Acacia was great! There is a large hot tub in the courtyard for all guests not just spa patrons. Kids and husband enjoyed a soak in the cool evening air. The bar and restaurant were awesome. We had breakfast and dinner and drinks several nights. Hayley mixes up some great concoctions behind the bar. All of the staff is attentive and friendly. Location is across from a park with a playground and pickleball courts. It's a short walk to the town center and lots of great shops and restaurants.
