This Taj hotel surpassed our high expectations . A magical location , literally a palace , with beautiful gardens and a rich history . The men and women who staff this hotel could not have been more welcoming and attentive . It’s clear they love working in such a jewel of an hotel . We will return some day but will always remember our first visit .

I cannot praise the incredible staff at Rambagh Palace, Jaipur, enough for their outstanding service and dedication. Our stay at this magnificent property was already exceptional, but the way the team—especially Swati, Mukesh Gothwal, Pradeep, and Himansi—went above and beyond to help us recover a lost item made it truly unforgettable. After a lovely family dinner at Jai Mahal Palace (another Taj property), I accidentally left my fanny pack in my sister’s room. Unfortunately, by the time I realized this the next morning, my sister had already checked out for an early flight and didn’t recall seeing it. A call to Jai Mahal initially yielded no results, as their team couldn’t locate the missing bag in the dining area or the room. However, I was convinced that it had to be there. While I rushed to Jai Mahal to personally search for it, my wife sought assistance from the Rambagh Palace team, who immediately sprang into action. Special mention to Mr. Mukesh Gothwal, who took the initiative to contact Jai Mahal and request urgent assistance. Given that both properties operate under the Taj umbrella, his proactive coordination ensured swift action. Thanks to the efforts of the Jai Mahal security team, they reviewed CCTV footage, confirming that I had entered the property with my fanny pack. Shortly after, they were able to locate it in an office where it had been placed as a lost-and-found item but had not yet been properly processed. Realizing that I skipped breakfast in the panic of things and we were going to check out soon, Mr. Mukesh requested the head butler to pack something for the road for me ( pic attached) as well. What could have turned into a stressful ordeal was resolved quickly, all because of the dedication, efficiency, and genuine care shown by the Rambagh Palace staff. This experience reaffirmed why Taj Hotels are renowned for their world-class hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Swati, Mukesh, Pradeep, and Himansi—your kindness and professionalism turned a moment of panic into one of gratitude. I highly recommend Rambagh Palace not just for its luxurious charm, but for the exceptional people who make every guest feel valued and cared for. Five stars, without a doubt!
