Best hotel ever :)
Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the facilities such as breakfast, the gym, the pool and the hallways, are stunning. And the staff (Arief, Riyan, Daniel, David, Johan, Diki & Lisa) they were the best! They were friendly, helpful, professional and felt like family. We are DEFINITELY coming back!

Delicious food and outstanding service
We had New Year’s Day brunch here, and the set menu was such a lovely way to kick off 2025. All the staff were super friendly and welcoming - especially Aries Abdillah. If you want a memorable and delicious dining experience, I highly recommend it :)

Absolutely had a great time. The room was very comfortable, and the selection of breakfast menu are various and scrumptious. Staff are very helpful and kindly explained us about the menu. was helped by Mr. Ahmadi & Ms. Vita during breakfast time.

Perfect Family Hotel
Always comes here end of year, room is spacious, huge bathroom with tub and shower. Generous with bottled water and daily fruits in room. The staffs are pure friendly and cheerful. Great place to bring kids with a resort style pool and kids playground..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A well kept classic with real heart
What a wonderful experience! A heritage hotel designed by the inimitable Jaya Ibrahim. I would definitely fly to Jakarta just to spend a weekend here resting by the pool. The team are incredible, Kinan at reception was so good and a massive thank you to the very wow F&B team - led by Arya with all the friendly and kind staff Arief, Riyan, Lisa, Raja, and Affan, and many others including the names I may have forgotten - plus the amazing chefs! Oh and I almost forgot Rona, she made everything so comfortable and easy!
