Distinctive hotel with superb service food & amenities

We stayed for a week for family wedding at the hotel. The wedding was an intimate wonderful celebration in the beautifully presented Palm Court indoor outdoor restaurant. Our stay experience was superb in all aspects. All staff are amazingly courteous & enthusiastic with special mention to staff Willy (booking assistance), Rannu (concierge taking me thru interesting hotel art & history trail), Novan (award winning barista for our coffee chat), Gideon (concierge for pleasant service), Iqbal (luggage assistance for being very helpful). L15 corner premier suite provides warm home comfort away from home.

Exceptional Luxury and Unparalleled Service in Jakarta

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

This was our first time in Jakarta, stopping over on our way to Gili Air. Having stayed at Four Seasons properties before, we had high expectations – and yet, they were exceeded once again. From the warm welcome and seamless check-in to the impeccable service during breakfast and room service, every aspect of our stay was outstanding. The rooms were incredibly spacious and equipped with every luxury you could possibly imagine. The entire hotel, especially the breakfast area, is visually stunning – truly breathtaking. It’s easily one of the best Four Seasons we’ve had the pleasure of staying at. What stood out most was the personalized service. Every staff member, even those we were meeting for the first time, addressed us by name – a detail that made our stay feel truly special. And the food? Simply extraordinary. The quality was unmatched, exceeding all expectations.

Very Pleasant Stay with Service at its Finest

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Stayed twice at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta within less than 30 days as we had a really memorable stay on my first stay. The first one was on 30 Nov-1 Dec 2024 at Executive Suite for a weekend getaway with my husband. The service was impeccable, the interior design was very elegant and stunning, as well as the outdoor area, especially the swimming pool area. I ordered in-room dining of Nasi Goreng Kampoeng, and unexpectedly, it was the best nasi goreng I have ever tried in my life, and I had nasi goreng as well for breakfast at Palm Court, and it tasted as good as the in-room dining I had before, while my husband had Lontong Sayur which tasted so good as well. The welcome drink in the swimming pool as well tasted so good and fresh, and I ordered Negroni at the pool bar, and it was good as well. For the second stay, I stayed with my husband as well for my birthday staycation which was on 28 Dec 2024, I stayed on 27-28 Dec 2024 at Premier Suite. The service was impeccable as well, the Front Desk Agent offered me an in-room check-in. I requested a birthday setting in advance, and the window decoration was so pretty, the birthday cake was as pretty and tasted so good, and the birthday card was handwritten by Mr. Vishal Sanadhya - the Hotel Manager, adding a sense of personal touch. Then I had a Birthday-Eve dinner at Alto, I ordered Penne Linguine Aglio Olio e Peperoncino which tasted good, and Beer Bintang, and as I sat at the outdoor area, the dinner was even more perfect accompanied by the mesmerizing view of Jakarta at night from 20th floor of Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. The next morning, when we had breakfast (I ordered my favourite Nasi Goreng and Dirempah Eggs Benedict), 4 Palm Court’s team came to our table, brought me a birthday cake, and sang happy birthday for me, the cake was so pretty and tasted good. Not to forget, I did an online check-in in advance, and I received an email at 1:39 pm that my room was ready (1.5 hours in advance), and we asked for a late check-out, and we were allowed to check out at 2:00 pm. My husband and I were so happy, as we had 2 very pleasant stays at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, as every single thing was so perfect, and of course, we’ll keep coming back!

FOUR SEASONS JAKARTA MAKES MY YEAR

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

FOUR SEASONS JAKARTA MAKES MY YEAR FOUR SEASONS JAKARTA MAKES MY YEAR One of the pleasures of existing in this world is to enjoy the repetitive passage of the seasons. Spring, summer, autumn and winter – the classical four-fold division of the natural year – are rhythmic metaphors of the stages of human life: childhood, youth, adulthood and age. However, unlike humans, who live only once and are therefore linear beings, seasons attest to the cyclical promise of nature. A life or a generation can and does pass, governments fall and other governments rise, customs change and morals follow, but seasons are predictable companions. They exist and will continue to do so, unless climate change produces such extreme weather conditions that people shiver when it should be summer and long for an ice bath when it should be winter. Spring then will be a time to be old, and autumn a time for the young to regret that they were born at all. Short of that overturning of the natural cycle, seasons give us a sense of ourselves. Four seasons make my year. – and yours as well, I suspect. But my year is made as well by Four Seasons, the hotel chain known for its uniform standards of excellence throughout the varying months. Having stayed in Four Seasons hotel in Jakarta, I can attest to the way in which the chain combines spring, summer, autumn and winter into a single experience in the lives of its guests, day after predictable day. Right from the way in which guests are treated at Reception, to the unyielding detail with which services are provided to them in their rooms, and to the aromatic quality of the food in its restaurants, Four Seasons has become an international emblem of a home away from home. I have tasted the culinary seasons of the world in its hotels, especially Jakarta led by the ever capable Juergen (not Klopp from Liverpool), Vishal and their impeccable staff. They actually saved my life once, and through the highest service standards they have established, helped me close a few deals. Please retain these talents. I say all this to extol the virtues of globalisation. It has standardised levels of excellence around the world. It has made travel a seamless experience no matter in which part of the world a person finds himself or herself. It has brought the four seasons of the world together under a single name. Four Seasons is not just a hotel: It is a destination. Of course, the season that I prefer the most is the one that I spend at home, with myself and my family and my memories and theirs, but when I need to travel, I travel to the Four Seasons. It compasses the four moods of the year, after all.

Fee-fi-fo-fum!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

Excellent, luxurious hotel, with style and quality facilities. Breakfast is fabulous and restaurant on top floor is expensive. I should give all praise to the not less than amazing Michael, at concierge, for his invaluable assistance. Service overall is great. Location is so-so, pretty much like anywhere in Jakarta. Perhaps a minus would be the proximity to military facilities, so rooms can be haunted from early hours still in the dark by the loudspeaker yelling of the officers on the exercise patio next door. It does sound like a giant endlessly repeating “FEE-FI-FO-FUM! Excellent hotel.
