Nice experience!
Good hotel with nice vibes and great and clean housekeeping services. Came here for a short 3 day business trip. Hotel is in a good location as well! Chinese restaurant was not bad especially dimsum Special shoutout to Ahmad for his service and hospitality.

Atención espectacular
Great service specially the people working in the red level, 15th floor. They all make you feel like home. Doni and Resta are wonderful. The managers also are very professional. Special mention to Mirko and Mojca. They are always taking care of all their guests.

Red Level lounge !!
I have been to the Red level and I had the amazing go out to meet Resta and Doni who delivered a genuine excellent service with attention to details and really fun !!!i really recommend you to to the 15th floor and experience the real Indonesian hospitality .

Amazing stay at Gran Melia Jakarta
I have great experience since check in. I have an amazing stay, the room is spacious, breakfast spread is good, and the staffs are all friendly. What I love the most is the redlevel-lounge experience with afternoon tea & evening cocktails/wine. The staffs are super friendly there, especially mas Doni & mbak Resta. They’re awesome.

Very nice hotel - would stay again.
Hotel is lovely; food is varied and delicious, rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and housekeeping is wonderful (thank you especially to Ahmad M!). Location seems convenient and is not far from airport . Would definitely stay here again.
