Red Level Lounge
Came to Red Level Lounge for the breakfast, the food is nice. The ambience is comforting. Met these two girls from the Red Level Lounge, Annastasya and Belva who took a good care of me during the breakfast. I would love to come back to stay here again.

Luxurious property and courteous and helpful staff
The hotel is grand and luxurious. The staff are courteous and friendly. Visited the Red level lounge, it is huge with a classic decor and a good variety of food. I was assisted by staff Ms Resta and Mr Doni, they made me feel at home. Their level of professionalism is highly reflected from their warm hospitality and genuine care. Thank you once again.

Lounge Experience was Amazing
Whenever I am in Jakarta, my company provides this hotel for our stay. Amazing reception staff and plenty of 5 star restaurants to choose from. I have been here multiple times and this is the first time I went to the lounge. The girls working at the lounge were super bubbly and made me feel very welcome. The food and omelette was made to my liking and the view is also amazing. Annas and Belva were super helpful and went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. Hotel lounges are nice, but this one is special. I highly recommend taking a visit.

Great lounge
Amazing lounge with amazing service. Donnie is awsome and very attentive. Grandiose ceiling with stunning chandeliers. I would definitely recommend this hotel and once you’re here, make sure you pay a visit to the lounge. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended.
