Very enjoyable stay!
The staff at the pool bar are very friendly and welcoming! Especially Toto!! He was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted, his hospitality was very much appreciated. I enjoyed my stay very much, I hope to be back very soon!

Treated as royalty
Excellent hotel, you are treated like royalty here. Special thanks to Ayu, who was exceptionally kind and hospitable in welcoming me. The hotel breakfast is amazing and offers food of various countries. Absolutely loved the peach crumble. Must try!

Great experience with the Red Level Lounge's Team
I visited the Red Level Lounge on the 15th floor. Belva and Rommy were there taking care of the place and customers. I am writing this review specifically to highlight how hospital, polite, and helpful they were. Belva engagement made my experience excellent and felt like a place I belong too. While Rommy ensured my full satisfaction about the snacks provided and offered me great drink choices. Certainly I will visit again hopping to see then here always.
