Good experience
Excellent Very friendly staff Breakfast: good variety, well presented. Good location Nice pool amid green garden. Connected to luxury shopping mall Bathroom well equipped and good water pressure. Will definitely consider this place agsin for future travel

Best Hotel in Jakarta
I had an amazing stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The check in process was smooth, and the staff were incridibly welcoming. My room was spacious, spotless and had breathtaking city view. The location is perfect. Overall, a fantastic experience and for sure to come back next time!

Poor Time Management
Not a good experience I received compared the price i paid. Grand Hyatt had wasted my time during my check-in, my luggage received at my room almost 55 minutes after completed check-in. (Im counted the timeline when i arrive in-front my room)..call 3 times to check my luggage status and the answer same 3 times (“otw to ur room”) can’t brain! then, took 20 minutes for maintenance team to check my room as the tv is malfunctioning.breaking line on the internet. My plan needs to be changed because of poor check-in by Grand Hyatt! Overall, Poor time management.

Dissapointing
I had higher expectations for my stay at Hyatt Jakarta, but unfortunately, I was let down. I had informed them in advance about needing a late checkout, yet when the time came, they denied the request with no clear explanation. This was really frustrating, especially since I was expecting more flexibility given the circumstances. On top of that, the hotel was overcrowded, which made the entire experience feel chaotic and less relaxing. It was hard to enjoy the stay when there was constant noise and congestion everywhere. The lack of attention to guest needs and the overwhelming crowds definitely left me disappointed. Not sure if I’d return unless they improve on these aspects.

Hotel review for family of 4
This hotel is very recommended for family and couple. The front desk staff so helpful and can make early check in when the room's available. I came at 1 noon and I can go in to the room immediately. The room was so big and suitable for family of 4 like me. I got extra bed for free. Thanks hyatt hotel jakarta. Will be back soon!
