Great Experience at the Hotel👍
Another great experience with family in Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The place is really nice, my daughter is really like to have a bathub time every day. Room's clean and neat. Everything in the room works. And the staff was really helpful and friendly. When My parents need to go to the hospital at 3am, everything was smooth with the car and all staff really care with us. Even the next day, we got call from the hotel, asking about parent's condition. Good hospitality. For sure will stay in Grand Hyatt Jakarta again. Recommended!👍

Not a great experience for me!
Room 1915 - next to the lift and staff service door, very noisy, avoid! Certain nights they were unbearable, I woke up in the middle of the night when the service door banged, I suppose because staff just passed through. I could here the lift and the people using the lift, ie noisy.

need to level up their food options and match to other international hotel chain. no attention was given for specific food restrictions in B'fast as well as at lounge. overall very much dissatisfied with the food options. for the room guest, no special reservation options were offered at bar.

Nice location. Connected with plaza indonesia. Room was very clean and spacious. The best part was thegym. Possibly the biggest hotel gym that I ever visit. Complete of high end equipment. I heard that this was the best and most expensive gym membership in jakarta. Food was okay. But anyway I dont eat much breakfast this time. Only some eggs
