Grand Hyatt Jakarta

I had a fantastic two-day stay at Grand Hyatt Jakarta. The hospitality was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. From the smooth check-in process to the delicious meals and thoughtful service, every detail was handled perfectly. I truly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit. I would highly recommend Grand Hyatt Jakarta to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another wonderful experience here!

The hotel and the facility are excellent. The customer service was very helpful during our stay. We had breakfast in the grand Cafe, various the food was delicious and fresh. However in the swimming pool, there were no guards present, if you bring your kids swimming, you must watch them closely

Prestigious location. Grand lobby. Easy access to malls. Classic room. Nice toiletries. Unfortunately no electric toilet. Great food for breakfast, but the restaurant little to crowded. Tricky parking rules, they still used coupon and only used in certain gate.

This is one of best Hyatt properties in Indonesia, I have stayed in this property several times as I travel for business. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is great, from the front desk to housekeeping. The Executive floor lounge is excellent. The hotel restaurants are great. Looking forward to my return in December

The hotel is situated in a very convenient location which allowed me to have quick access to the connecting malls around the area. I was able to schedule lots of meetings because of the hotel location. The room was newly renovated and kept pristine. What I found extremely outstanding was the speed of how every single request was met. It was the fastest response i have ever experienced out of any 5 star hotel that I have stayed in Jakarta. Love it!
