The best staff in the world
The best service ever. Excellent hotel with the best service and attention you wll ever experience. All the staff is the kindest and always smiling and doing the impossible to make you feel like kings. The location is perfect. Special mention to Sanjaya, a very special guy who loves his job and is spotless. Also thanks to Gillen and Kelly.

Top class hotel
Very nice hotel with very professional staff. There were some problem when checking in but they did a very good job solving it. Mr Raymond Soetrisno was very helpful and professional and solved all problems that we encounter and made our stay super nice. Certainly with that kind of professionalism they made a new customer for Mandarin Oriental.

Amazing stay
Its reqlly nice and amazing staying in Mandarin the room was very spacious, super clean with amazing city view and great staff,special thanks to dimas and fajar from housekeeping they make a cute art towel on my arrival and make my room super clean,mba palma in restaurant she so is friendly and attentive. You all made our stay trully unforgettable.

Excellent Service
I have good experience while stay in this hotel, room is spacious, clean and has a good view. Also excellent service in these 2 days at the Cinamon restaurant from Ms. Palma, she is very active and friendly, she engaged with all guest, also ask about our stay, our activity, the food and what we need. Thank you Mandarin for best experience I ever had😊

Beautiful service
Salvina from Guest Relations service is exceptional. Santo, Yuni and Axel from room service is very good. We received a complimentary dessert after our dinner. Housekeeping is also very service oriented. Extremely good service from the hotel staff! It will be nice if a bellman is stationed outside to help guests to carry luggages. When we reached the hotel, outside security was 2 ladies and one of them asked our driver to carry our luggages to be put through the security system. It should have been a bellman from the hotel. Our driver was an old man and we felt it was not right.
