Alright - room wasn’t 5 star hotel room.
the staff service was great although the room transfer to my parents were not done as planned (they were supposed to take over our room, but instead got lower floor one). Tami sherly and estee did a good job decorating our room for our family’s tea ceremony. The building is pretty old, IMO not worth if you’re looking for a 5 star hotel experience.

This hotel offers the best service I’ve experienced so far. I appreciate their hospitality, especially the attention to detail. It’s rare to find such a combination of professionalism and genuine care in customer service. I’ll gladly recommend it to others❤️

Great experience! Love the ambience and the food is great. Lovely service by the staff, especially Devita, Hanika, Vinia, Willy, Marsha, and chef Niken. A whole new experience for me in a French restaurant and it's definitely noteworthy.

Exceptional Service from Edward
I had a fantastic experience at MO Jakarta. The ambience was delightful and the service is excellent. A special mention to EDWARD from the receptionist team, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. He was extremely attentive. He really made a difference in my stay.

Very happy with my stay
The bed are very comfortable and I love that body lotion are provided as well. The service are very nice and welcoming. We also got some nice courtesy from the hotel stuff which made the stay more pleasant. On the plus side they even made a cute drawing on the mirror for as a congratulations for our event. Thank you!!
