Raffles Jakarta

Hotel facilities is very good. Gym area is very well equipped. Good size swimming pool with a very nice ambience. We did played on the Tennis court as well and they have 2 tennis court. So it is quiet nice. Breakfast is very good as well. Multiple choices.

His impeccable manners and thoughtful service always leave a lasting impression. I would also like to express my appreciation to Yuli, Gracia, Kori,Aca, and Salma — these beautiful ladies brighten every moment with their warm smiles and smart, attentive service. Their professionalism adds such charm to our stay. The Club Lounge itself deserves a special mention — the quality of the food is always outstanding, and it consistently surprises and impresses us. It’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. Another highlight of Raffles Jakarta is its world-class butler service. The butlers are attentive, intuitive, and consistently professional — truly among the best in the world. Their thoughtful support makes every stay seamless and special. Though we visit Jakarta often, it’s now Raffles Jakarta that draws us to the city. To the entire team — thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We already look forward to our next stay.

What so special the Butler services during my stay at Raffles Jakarta? Well... EVERYTHING 👌👌👌 For starter, since the moment we get out from our car and tell one of the Butler about my reservation... He immediately escort us to proceed for check in at Raffles Lounge... As if he expected our arrival and already notice about my status as an Accor Platinum Since it was my 1st stay at Raffles Jakarta as an Accor Platinum, and I'm on special occasion to celebrate my husband birthday, Kevin, the Butler who greet us at the Raffles lounge, graciously upgraded our basic room to Gallery suite... 😍😍😍 And everything was perfect 👌 As we enter our suites, the luggages already there along with the welcome gift (Chocolate & cakes) + bday balloon and later the welcome drinks also delivered to our room.. I love their welcome drink , the mulberry drink...🥰 The butler gave us a quick tour around the suites... And thx you Faza, for preparing surprise bday cake while we're out to have dinner at Lotte Mall (Yes, the hotel is connected to Lotte Mall at the 1st floor) We also got a chance to have a snack and beverage at lounge after dinner As for breakfast, I really love the Surabi Oncom + egg Benedict lobster from ala carte menu Too bad we're on tight schedule, we didn't got a chance to check out the kids club for my daughter ...maybe next time 😉 Thx u for making my husband bday more memorable Yuli, Kevin, Rifdah & Faza It's trully a pleasant stay at Raffles Jakarta and we'll definitely choose Raffles again in the future whenever we're coming to Jakarta again

Extremely cozy, clean and highest level quality, enjoyable experience indeed, I do recommend definitely. The rooms are very comfortable, the personnel is very pleasant and friendly, awesome staff. The gym is quite big and satisfying with the range of options available for workouts and exercises.

I brought my mum and aunt along on a work trip to Jakarta and we had a wonderful time staying at Raffles hotel. The staff were attentive and took very good care of us. Special mention to the team at the club lounge who were warm and friendly and were very accommodating to my mother's many questions and requests. Also Rhany was wonderful, taking the trouble to recommend places to visit for my mum and aunt while I work and even went to the trouble to go to the Ranch Market to take pictures of items they might want to buy while on the trip. Overall a wonderful experience and I'm very grateful for the hospitality shown to our group.
