Excellent services, welcoming staff and great hospitality. My wife was sick and they helped us to bring a doctor, and they also provided us with a large amount of water bottles to drink. They also brought us flowers when they knew that was our honeymoon trip. Special thanks to Audrey, Elham, and all the butlers.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels in the world, filled with wonderful art works and sculptures, with world class restaurants and impeccable services! Once you step into this stunning oasis in the middle of a bustling metropolis, you feel utterly transported into a different world! Highly recommend you have the breakfast buffet at the stunning Art’s Cafe, everything is so beautifully presented and scrumptious! And so many choices! Have a drink at the Writer’s Bar to unwind after a long day of meetings and simply appreciate the luxurious ambience and decor! The room is very well appointed, with a most spacious and luxurious bathroom! The lovely pool and the well manicured garden next to it (with a walking path filled with exquisite sculptures) add to the wondering stay!

what a beautiful hotel, good location near malls and restaurants. The entrance with high ceilings is astonishing and impressive. Though the lobby is small ( only 2 desks ) but the professional and friendly staff gave it a personal touch. Room, wow, what a beautiful room with separate toilet, shower and bathtub and nice view of the city. In the morning to the first floor where they serve a buffet breakfast with quite a good selection of food. Overall it’s the staff who made my stay a success and memorable especially Danielle and Kevin they excelled in their duties. I certainly come back in the near future. keep up the good work.

A very well preserved hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious. It is attached to a lotte mall so it is convenient if you don't want to leave and just relax. Amazing service with staff who attend to your every needs with genuine kindness. I returned to my room and had a moment enjoying the pet towel dog on my bed. After a long day it was the perfect thing to make me smile.

We felt very welcomed and had an amazing stay at the Raffles, which elevated our travel experience in Jakarta. Special thanks to our butlers, Audrey, Amal, and Pingkan, for their top-notch hospitality. Audrey and her teammates beautifully decorated our room and hand-drew lovely cards with meaningful quotes. She, along with Chef Kani, also prepared a delicious surprise for us when she learned from our chit-chat what my favourite Indonesian food was. That was very sweet and attentive of her. She even managed to say goodbye to us before we headed to the airport. Giordy, the F&B manager, was equally wonderful. We enjoyed our conversation a lot. The breakfast offered a large variety of food, not just a buffet but also some delicate and healthy options. The artsy interior design added to the charm. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. We highly recommend the Raffles.
