A truly memorable and exquisite stay experience
My wonderful stay this week started when I arrived. Without any prompting, Ciki, Chief Concierge walked up and asked if I was Mr Wong and immediately directed me to the Club floor. There, I was greeted and checked in by Yuli. I must say that Yuli, Rashya and the entire Club team took such good care of me whenever I was there that I felt so pampered. This exquisite experience would not have been whole without the kind attention paid by Fachrul, Head Butler, and Jess, who was assigned to take care of me and to look after my every need. What an A+ Team!

Perfect again
My fourth or fifth time at Raffles Jakarta and another perfect stay. Fantastic property with an amazing team. Room was perfect, breakfast was superb. Thalia and Yulia deserve special mention for personalised service. Will keep coming back. Faultless.

Hospitality at its best
Always great to be back. The staff hospitality was at another level. Superb. Really helpful with any inquiries. Also when I was taking note for room decoration for my daughter birthday they got it seriously. Fantastic. Will recommend for sure. 10 /10

Nice city getaway
Best service!!! Their butler service is A+. Very nice hotel, clean and luxurious. Located in Mega Kuningan, connected to Lotte shopping mall. Walking distance to other malls and restaurant. Great location! Would be back to stay here again.

Great hotel
The check-in and check-out procedures were completed in a timely manner, and the personnel was pleasant. The bathroom featured a huge bathtub, and the room was generous in size and immaculately clean. It is necessary to do maintenance and repairs on the closet as well as the washbasin sink. Wonderful and delectable was the breakfast that was served.
