Beautiful rooms, and everyone has access to the Lounge, where the daily food offerings are imaginative and tasteful -- and the staff remember one's name, one's favorite beverage, and takes the time to smile and engage everyone in conversation. What an amazing place to stay, and incredible value for the money.

The banquet team and the wedding sales always give the best services. The food at Ritz-Carlton PP is always excellent. Never disappoint! The location is very strategic, and very accessible from all area. All in all it’s always an amazing experience to visit Ritz-Carlton Pacific Place.

Overall, our stay was beyond expectation! My husband and I gave it a 10! Our 5-year-old son gave it 9.3 😁. When I asked why, he said it's because the swimming pool (1.2m) was a bit too deep for him (there was no kids pool). But he was so impressed by the automatic toilet 😁. The room was huge. My husband and I were so impressed by the Housekeeping Team (Cipto & ...). It was a nice surprise to see they added more water bottles when they saw my meds/vitamins on the table and they also put mini tablecloth under my stuff in the bathroom. Kudos to them! 👍👍 Club Lounge F&B: I was impressed by the Pastry Chef and Team who made this Raspberry Tart (and other pastries with tart). The tart itself is heavenly! I experienced what we call "foodgasm" 😋. Another dish that was super delicious was the Peking Duck! My husband and I just kept coming back for more. For the constructive feedback: the AC panel in the room (2109) has a light that stays on. At night when it was completely dark, that light became so bright that it annoyed my son and me. I tried to find sleep-mode button, but I couldn't find it. Maybe it's better to put sleep-mode button sign that is easily access by guests, or cover the light button with something. Another thing is the dress code in the Club Lounge. Although it was already stated on the print-out, some people still wore bathroom slippers from the room, flip-flop, and shorts when they were in the Club Lounge. This is not Ritz-Carlton standard. Covered sandals are okay for children under 7, but for adults? They should know better, in my opinion. Hopefully RCJPP can do something about this in the future.
