THE BEST 5 STARS LUXURY HOTEL IN JAKARTA

I stayed many times in this hotel (mostly for staycation in the weekend) Compared to others (Raffles, Park Hyatt, etc); Ritz Pacific have lower price But its service quality is same or even better than others. Room is perfect. Food is good (buffet 3 times) and you can order custom food PERFECT !!!

Lovely stay , i had so much fun , i’ve asked for help to organize a tour for me last minute, and the staff were very helpful, and when i came back they gave me my picture printed and framed, they made my day , thanks from the bottom of my heart, i forgot the name but i think he was Zhai from concierge team

This might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at…and I travel a lot. Unbelievable service…staff actually remember your name. Incredible food at their club. Attached to a mall with incredible restaurants. Huge rooms. Toilet seats with movement sensors that open the seat up and down when you enter and leave the bathroom! This place has it all. Can’t wait to return.

I ended up cutting my stay short at this hotel and switching to a different Marriott Bonvoy property. The location is great and the room was very nice. The breakfast was perfect and the spa and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. But the front desk staff were quite difficult. The hotel doesn’t give points, but doesn’t tell you that until the day before you arrive. Unwilling to accommodate early check in without a huge hassle and when the battery on the door of my room needed to be changed and wouldn’t let me in, they kindly accommodated me while I waited for it to be fixed, but when the front desk manager came to tell me that I could get into my room, he told me that I had been holding the key card wrong ( not that the battery needed to be replaced)., effectively blaming me. What the heck? I don’t need this gaslighting when I’m on vacation. What a shame. I’ve enjoyed Ritz Carlton hotels in other countries, but I won’t be coming back to this one again. There are plenty of other choices available that are less trouble.
