The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

This might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at…and I travel a lot. Unbelievable service…staff actually remember your name. Incredible food at their club. Attached to a mall with incredible restaurants. Huge rooms. Toilet seats with movement sensors that open the seat up and down when you enter and leave the bathroom! This place has it all. Can’t wait to return.

I ended up cutting my stay short at this hotel and switching to a different Marriott Bonvoy property. The location is great and the room was very nice. The breakfast was perfect and the spa and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. But the front desk staff were quite difficult. The hotel doesn’t give points, but doesn’t tell you that until the day before you arrive. Unwilling to accommodate early check in without a huge hassle and when the battery on the door of my room needed to be changed and wouldn’t let me in, they kindly accommodated me while I waited for it to be fixed, but when the front desk manager came to tell me that I could get into my room, he told me that I had been holding the key card wrong ( not that the battery needed to be replaced)., effectively blaming me. What the heck? I don’t need this gaslighting when I’m on vacation. What a shame. I’ve enjoyed Ritz Carlton hotels in other countries, but I won’t be coming back to this one again. There are plenty of other choices available that are less trouble.

Amazing stay at RCPP on 21 to 22 Sep 2024. The team at the club lounge is wonderful and special thanks to 21 Sep team (Felix, Raveena, Katherine, Matthew, Calvin, Sharfina and Jocelyn. Also, many thanks to 22 Sep team (Dian, Tavnara, Patrica, Rapi, Aulia, Ayu and Riski. We had the wonderful corner suite at room 2315 and the housekeeping did a great job. The pool & spa service was impeccable and we wish we have more time. We will plan another stay at RCPP again.

The place is comfortable, all food have a good taste , staff incharge helpfull . Service very well , speciality your bartender have good comunication and good responsive . Special thanks to Mr. Yudhistira , Mr. Briyan , Mr. Deden . Thanks you so much guys.
