Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

The interior and exterior of the hotel are beautiful and located within walking distance of the Old City and most of the best restaurants in Jerusalem. The food in each of the hotel’s restaurants is outstanding, especially the breakfast and dinner buffets. The hotel staff are highly professional, helpful, and accommodating. The rooms are well appointed with interesting views of the City and of Jerusalem Park. My business group and I loved the Inbal!!

The Inbal has always been one of Jerusalem's finest hotels. The highlight of our stay was the tented swimming pool which our kids absolutely loved! The staff at the Inbal are mostly wonderful and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The breakfast offering is extensive however some simpler items are missing e.g. sliced cheese and fresh cut fruit. The rooms are cleaned very quickly however they are not cleaned very well; we found a significant amount of dust and at least one used tissue from a previous guest behind the bedside table. All-in-all this is a hotel certainly worth staying at.

Beutiful hotel , amazing service and rich breakfast. I would also take the dinner if it was a Mehadrin Hotel. The stuff were very kind and fullfil all of our request quickly. We also got upgraded for better room while Cheking in. There are many parking places in the hotel which was very comfortable to reach with our car. And the have super fast elevators.

Right away, when I arrived a good few hours prior to check-in time, due to my flight arrival time, they welcomed me without hesitation and even offered me a sumptuous breakfast on the house. After such a warm welcome, it only got better. The hotel is very up to date, very well located, fantastic facilities and offers parking and a great buffet breakfast. I would highly recommend.

Terrible experience. Woke up 7:30 am with construction noise. At 9am they began SLEDGE HAMMER and DRILLING right on top of our room. I called the front desk spoke with the manager Mahmood. He did offer for us to change rooms. I was waiting for the key but it never came. At $566/night, I should not have to change rooms.
