Inbal Jerusalem Hotel

The accommodations, service and all staff at the Inbal are outstanding! Even before checking in, the Concierge staff answered all questions, made excellent suggestions, arranged for airport pick up/drop off and so much more. We were greeted with smiles everyday by all staff. Several remembering our names! The delicious food and the service in all the eating areas (lounge and restaurants) are top notch! We look forward to returning to the Inbal on our next trip to Israel!

Everything was perfect! We arrived at 8am and nurit made sure that we had a room available so we could get ready for the day. It was such a pleasure being allowed in early check-in… The breakfast is top-notch and Jerusalem is fantastic. They make sure everything is as you need it, we had trouble with the air conditioning. It was fixed within 30 minutes. DEFINATELY recommend

After 3 nights in Ein Karem, we decided to end our short vacation in a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. A friend recommended on Inbal, and locally there was an available room for us. In short - it was amazing!!! The location is just perfect (25 min walk from the Kotel, walking distance from beautiful Rehavia, train station, etc.). Dinner and breakfast were excellent (we took HB). The room was very comfortable. Highly recommended. We'll be back, for sure.

Everything was perfect : the room, the food, the staff, the hotel. From now it will be very difficult to to to another hotel. .The staff was ready to help anytime I will always recommend the hotel to my friends and my family. All the decoration and the furniture was perfect.

We have been coming to the Inbal for decades and keep returning because each visit is special. The physical facility exudes warmth. The staff are always available and helpful, often anticipating needs before we ask. When issues arrive, not necessary related to the hotel, the staff tries to fix the issue for us. They go above and beyond. The location is ideal. We are easily able to walk to the First Station restaurants, to the Mesila walking path, to Ben Yehuda, to the Mamila Wall, to Meah Sh'arim, and to the Kotel. The breakfasts are the best in Jerusalem and are the ideal start for every day. The in house restaurants are top notch. The lobby lounge is convenient and tasty. We had a meal with friends in O2 and the steak was the so perfect that my mouth waters as I write this. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
