Mamilla Hotel

For 5 months I planned my son’s BM at the wall in Jerusalem and we chose Mamila Hotel to be homebase as we come from NY and also had our Israeli family with us. Besides the actual BM which we organized through the Davidson center’s Simcha center (perfect!) I had multiple events to plan for a 3 day trip. The concierge Stephane became an important part of helping me to organize EVERYTHING! He made such clever recommendations for our multi-generational group as well as all of the transportation for the events. The hotel was so very accommodating. The rooms are very good and there is a wonderful gym and spa and of course the breakfast is a 10, as is the location. I would highly recommend the hotel and sit back and let Stephane plan all of your needs

I can really recomment this place, the rooftop bar is amazing. Lihi and Elkana made us an amazing evening with a lot of wine and good Selektion of whiske and cognac. If you are looking for an amazing night you are at the right place. Xxxxxxxxxxx

Great location! Fadi and Mark took amazing care of us. The hospitality was exceptional, and we had a fantastic time. Breakfast was phenomenal—fresh and made with local ingredients. Highly recommend this stay!! Definitely recommend!!!

We spent 9 days at Mamilla. The rooms are fairly regular with very little space for clothes & especially lacking bathroom counters/ shelves spaces. There is no room for makeup/ skincare/ mouth hygiene, etc. We loved room service & housekeeping staff- the daily services were fantastic! The bedroom/ bathroom were cleaned daily & stocked generously with water, coffee pods, shampoos & soaps. A very special “thank you” to Ivy for always seeming to have the time to clean our room when we went out for breakfast or a stroll outside. Concierge staff, doormen & everyone working at the front counter went above & beyond to be helpful. Whether it’s hiring a taxi, giving directions or dinner suggestions, we found that all customer service was excellent- friendly, respectful & efficient. We’d like to thank Mark for orienting us to the hotel when we checked in, answering all the questions we had & being proactive with making sure we received best customer experience during our stay. We are thankful to everyone at Mamilla for making our stay enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed at Mamilla Hotel, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The hotel's design and furnishings are top-notch, exuding elegance and quality. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The food was outstanding—freshly made and full of flavor. Every meal felt like a carefully crafted culinary experience. The staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. If you're looking for a luxurious and tranquil stay in Jerusalem, Mamilla Hotel is the perfect choice.
