A great experience
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, making for a truly comfortable experience. The service was impeccable—Mark, Nabeel, and Ivy went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and friendliness made a real difference. The hotel’s location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-notch stay!

Convenient location. Strange bathroom layout.
Pros: Convenient location, five minutes to Jaffa Gate and the Old City. Numerous restaurants if you walk in other direction toward light rail. Breakfast buffet and Shabbat dinners, tasty and provide a variety of food options. Aref was our waiter multiple mornings, and did an excellent job. Cons: Rooms are not large and the bathroom design is very strange. Essentially the shower is contiguous to the rest of the bathroom and the shower spray gets all over.

th whole staff were very nice staff, and. Faris was very nice and helpful very welcoming every body great location clean, they were always checking with us if any thing missing and provided any thing requested tea coffe the food was very fresh and tasty everyone enjoyed our stay

Great hotel with outstanding customer service
Really lovely hotel with great service. Beautiful suite. Great service at the front desk. Warmly welcomed by Mark when we arrived. He went to exceptional lengths to help us find a restaurant for dinner on Friday night as we preferred to go out. Next day helped us plan our day. Great roof terrace and generally great hotel walking distance to the old city.

The best!
Mark at the front desk was outstanding…he helped with touring the city, restaurants and night life! Would definitely come back to this hotel in the future. He called and checked in on us and ensure our stay at the hotel and the city was well above standard.
