Hotel is my favourite in Jerusalem. Staff super friendly and attentive and the amenities excellent. The breakfast buffet spectacular and lobby really relaxing to spend time in during the evening. Special call out to Faris and Hamza who looked after us.

The hotel is located in a prime spot. The staff are beyond hospitable. Everyone goes out of their way to make us feel better about come. The people we particularly had positive and warm interactions with are a Stephane, Rachel, Laila and Mark. Please come visit this boutique and modern hotel and support Israel.

we had the most pleasant stay for the Jewish holiday of SUkkos at the Mamila Hotel. the staff - from reception, housekeeping, serving staff, bell boy to managers were simply amazing. they always had a smile and addressed anything we needed literally within minutes. The food was plentiful and beautiful variety. They helped us find someone to babysit when our hired babysitter did not show up. when one of the carving station ran out of meat, they saw our disappointment and within minutes, brought us a huge platter of freshly grilled steaks instead! the maitre d brought food for our young grandson as he is still eating "baby type" food even before we could thnk of it. they let us stay at breakfast way past the scheduled time frame. location near the kotel, the western wall, makes it so appealing. one of the holiday meals was on the 8th floor rooftop which was breathtaking. we have stayed in other luxury hotels in the area but our stay here surpassed the others. we look forward to our next visit here. thank you Orly and Nazeer and Mohammed to name a few - your staff is amazing!
