Umaid Bhawan Palace

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful palace. From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding, the staff quietly attentive. Our Heritage room was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bathroom was excellent, the shower was perfect. Our delicious breakfasts were served outside overlooking the manicured gardens, and we were delighted with the visit of several local peacocks. The selection for dinner was a great mix of local Indian and European dishes. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at!

Our experience say, The Taj is always best. Ummed Bhavan property is excellent. Maintained very well. All staff were fantastic, obedient and helpful. Chef Shobhit Mathur was personally asking everyone about food. Karan was extremely helpful. He was always on his toes for giving services. Aman is also young and very enthusiastic and energetic. Aryan and Swaroop were best, they were always ready to give services in the restaurant and helping us to click our best moments on our cameras in the restaurants and in the hotel lobbies. Nishu, Alka, Malvika, Raj Nandini, Uday, Jaswant were best at the receptions at front desk. They welcomed everyone with warm hearted. Overall experience was great. Every single minute was very special and enjoyable. Thank you TATA’s for giving us such a great experience.

As one enters the Umaid bhawan palace one feels like Royalty. Undoubtedly the best hotel in India or anywhere. The hospitality we received at the hotel was beyond words. The property is beautiful, the rooms are well planned catering to all necessities. The food is awesome every dish has a distinct flavour. Beyond all this the best part is the staff's attitude of always ready to serve. Chef Shobhit Mathur made sure we get what we want to eat, Mr Swaroop Singh, Mr Aryan, Mr Karan and Mr Aman were always there to serve. Great team effort from the front office staff in making our stay so comfortable by upgrading our room, thanks Miss Alka, Miss Raj Nandini, Miss Nishu, Miss Malvika, Mr Uday n Mr Jaswant. We would definitely love to come again

What do I say, coming back to Umaid Bhawan, every year, I am hooked to the charm and service. I was there recently, 6th of November, 2024 with a group of very close friends from India and overseas. My friends and I (despite coming umpteen times) were blown away by the welcome accorded to us. Right from the ceremonial welcome to the traditional welcome, to the lunch layout and service at the Princes room, tour of the property and the stay, everything was detailed and planned to perfection. I want to specially thank the management and Swaroop Singh ji who always takes exceptional care of us and has been an integral part of our exceptional experiences throughout the years. It is with hardworking people like him the experience becomes what it is. We long to visit the property again to experience the hospitality and warm service like nowhere else.

The best stay with family so far. The welcoming ritual to Royal ambience of the corridor to spacious rooms, vast lawns and gardens dotted with peacocks. Mr Chetan from security department was so helpful in showing us around and explaining rich history of Jodhpur royalty. He also clicked numerous memorable pictures which were so professional. Thank the entire team from security and restaurant who made the stay amazing.
