I stayed at this hotel after a long international trip, and as a senior, I truly appreciated the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly helpful, with a special mention to Chris at the front desk—he went above and beyond. He kept my daughter updated and assisted me with technology, which I often struggle with including a wake up call so I would not miss my flight. The breakfast was excellent, and the shuttle drivers were also very accommodating. What an amazing team! Thank you all for making my stay so enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and well kept with comfortable rooms. The check in went very smooth. We ate three meals (one breakfast and two dinners) at the hotel. The wait staff was very prompt and attentive and Chef Dube did an amazing job. We would definitely return.

The food was very delicious. There was a lot of variety. The servers were so friendly, kind, and gracious. The chef Freddy Mala and Dube Sibisiso and the waiters and waitress Nozuko, Keith, Alungile were all to notch. Would definitely come again!

Warm atmosphere when jetlagged

Arrived after a long flight and was greeted by Jacob at the front desk with a huge smile and a "can do" attitude that was infectious. He did his absolute best to organise a few rooms for an early check in and was attentive all day. Very impressive first impression! All the staff are smiling and look happy which probably speaks to the positive culture of the hotel. Rooms were clean and tidy. Perfect for what was promised.

The rooms and facilities are exactly same as mentioned and shown in photographs. The service was slow in bar and restaurant ,and only one staff was managing entire restaurant, on asking the reason she replied all staff are busy in some ongoing party. This was not the fault of the staff, them management should allocate staff judiciously. Overall hotel is good, however rooms are small. The Breakfast menu has very limited veg options.
