One&Only Desaru Coast

Amazing place, unique spot with a unique swimming pool. Food is poor for a place like this and the ice cubes, yes the ice cubes are very very low quality which destroys drinks.

Love the quiet resort with friendly staffs, unfortunately due to schedule maintenance unable to experience the Ember Beach Club and Hoshi restaurant.

We had the most memorable weekends here in One&Only Desaru. We felt truly cared for, and it made our time at your hotel unforgettable. My kids were so happy and enjoyed their stay very much. Each aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, from the comfortable accommodation to the excellent service and the beautiful surroundings. OODC team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and it made all the difference in creating such a memorable experience.

This was out first stay at the One & Only Dessaru and it did not disappoint. The resort is beautiful, secluded and very well designed. Staff were super service minded, engaging and going out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The food offering, quality and presentation was impressive making every meal a joy. Further highlights for us were the amazing pool and the SPA. The sports and kids facilities are equally amazing and we cannot wait to get back with our grandchildren, hopefully sometime soon.

Our stay at the One&Only Desaru was very good overall. The resort has an exclusive feel due to the limited number of rooms, which made it peaceful and private. It felt almost like being at home, with the staff taking the time to know us and our children by name, which was a nice touch. The kids were made to feel special, especially during Christmas, with presents and little surprises throughout the day. These thoughtful gestures added to the holiday spirit. I also had a great experience with the tennis pro, Lukman. He welcomed me personally and even joined in some of the Christmas activities, like Santa’s arrival. I had two enjoyable tennis lessons with him—he was knowledgeable and engaging, making it a highlight of my trip. That said, there were a few areas that could have been improved, which kept the experience from being excellent. However, the unique setting and personalized service made it a memorable stay.
