Hotel Casa Hemingway

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Hemingway Hotel. We traveled as a family of 3, my husband, I and our 7 year old son. We loved the character and design of the hotel, especially our room. The bed was so soft and comfortable and we appreciated the fact that there was a TV in the living room and in the bedroom in order to enjoy our evenings in with our son. The in-suite laundry was also SO useful(they provided soap with the unit) and we were able to order room service and have dinner on the table on the huge balcony with gorgeous foliage. The main floor restaurant where breakfast was served was well laid out and we found breakfast to have an excellent selection of great food, the coffee was just ok, but the other drinks and food made up for it. We also ate at Embarcadero where we found the views and location were unbeatable, but the food was just average. We would try it again if we went back though. Our favorite restaurant was the one on the beach, the service was excellent, the cocktails were amazing and the lunch menu hit the spot perfectly for our days in the sun. We were here on Jan 1st when the beach was busy, but January 2nd when people had cleared out, the beach was so lovely with lots of sun loungers, tranquil vibes and the water was fantastic for swimming. All in all, the charming rooms, good service and excellent beach make this a super solid choice, especially if you are traveling with kids, as the ocean is perfect! We would definitely go back.

The resort its super nice and the services was very good, the bar have very good drinks and the entretaiment team are very good mr style and nicki minaj are the best. The food are very tasty and a lot of variety at the restaurants..... Will be back soon

I recommend VH Gran Ventana! My family and I had a blast there. Carlos, Bryant, and Juan Carlos from the animation team were awesome—super friendly and made sure we had a great time. Big thanks to the bartenders, housekeepers, and bar staff aswell. You all made our stay really special!

we are loving this beautiful resort, the gym is amazing and i was expecting just some free weights and treadmills, but it had so many machines and so much variety! The beach is beautiful and the golf carts really add to the experience. At the end of it all we finished the day at La Caña, which i can say is by far the best customer service experience i have ever had at a restaurant. Fransinco and Jaime were so friendly and helpful, truly amazing servers, and food was great!

Currently staying here now, me and my partner arrived just yesterday. We had to wait a while to check in everyone behind the reception counter was just looking at us not wanting to help which delayed the check in process. After a long flight from the uk this isn't something you want. The hotel is beautiful and we cannot fault the hotel for its cleanliness and beautiful grounds. The only thing letting this hotel down is the very unfriendly staff. We haven't came across a friendly member of staff yet!! No one wants to help! The bar staff just nod their head at you instead of asking what we would like to order. I ordered an iced coffee this morning from the coffee bar and I asked for some more milk in my coffee, she tipped half the coffee away and poured a whole load of warm milk into the iced coffee…. As you can imagine this was vile and no longer iced or even coffee 😭
