From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a world of wonder, comfort, and exceptional service. The facilities are truly world-class. Our villa was a serene retreat, complete with a private hot tub overlooking the untamed beauty of the African wilderness. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped gym kept us active, and the complimentary laundry service was a lifesaver. Every aspect of our stay was enhanced by the impeccable service throughout the resort. Isaac, our butler, was phenomenal. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay effortless and memorable. We cannot recommend him enough! The food at Jabulani was beyond incredible. Every meal was a top-class culinary experience, with flavors and presentation that rival the best restaurants. As an all-inclusive resort, all food and drinks were included, allowing us to indulge without a care. Whether dining at the resort or enjoying snacks during safaris, the quality was consistently outstanding. The safaris were the highlight of our trip. Each day started with a thrilling morning drive, where we enjoyed coffee in the bush while watching the sunrise, and ended with an evening safari capped off by sundowner drinks and snacks under the stunning African sky. Our guide, Kyle, ensured that every drive was an unforgettable experience. His expertise, passion, and enthusiasm were unmatched. Kyle made sure we saw the Big Five—lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and buffalo—and so much more, including lions and leopards on a kill, which we viewed up close. His efforts went above and beyond, making the trip magical. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just have a guide—we made a friend for life. The special activities with the elephants were unlike anything we’ve experienced. The handlers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, giving us a deeper appreciation for these majestic animals. Feeding and meeting the elephants, watching them bathe, and seeing them walk through the reserve during a glorious sunset were breathtaking moments. Drinks and snacks complemented the setting, making it even more special. One unforgettable moment was when a rhino wandered in for a drink and knocked over my GoPro—a humorous and truly unique experience we’ll treasure forever. The service at Jabulani Safari is unmatched. From Isaac’s outstanding hospitality to Kyle’s incredible guidance and the friendliness of the elephant handlers, every person we encountered contributed to making this trip extraordinary. The attention to detail, genuine care, and personal touches made us feel not just like guests but part of the Jabulani family. We recently stayed 4 nights with Jabulani From the moment we got picked up the attentive service and welcome from all the staff was exceptional. Our ranger Kyle, was highly knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to ensure that we had an experience worth remembering. The food, service, and wine were spectacular. We got to experience private dining in both the wine cellar and boma. Sakki and all chefs provided exceptional service and wine recommendations. The entire Jabulani team should be very proud of the extremely high quality experience they offer guests. We got engaged during our stay. The personalised approach by the Jabulani and HERD team made this our most magical moment, going above and beyond our expectations. Jabulani is a very special place, we’ve built very fond memories, and looking forward to being able to return in the future!

We recently spent 3 nights at Jabulani lodge and it has been our most memorable holiday to date. I felt so sad to leave (husband managed to keep emotions in check) and that stemmed from our fantastic experience with the wonderful team looking after us. Alex and Duvan are the chefs who provided culinary delights at every turn. They are also lovely people. We had Shadrack acting as our butler and were greeted with his beautiful smile and lovely manner throughout our stay. Our suite and everything inside was exquisite and the last word in luxury. That said our suite was so comfortable and felt homely. We would often sit and admire the beautiful furniture and fittings and feel so lucky. The interior design at Jabulani was outstanding with animals at its heart. When we arrived at Jabulani in the middle of the afternoon we were greeted by the staff (they made us feel like royalty). The Chef had left us a platter of deliciously crafted snacks and it was only a taste of what was to come. As we nibbled our food we had the pleasure of watching 3 hippos in Jabulani’s watering hole! Our safari was made all the more special by Nathan, our wonderful guide. Nathan has been interested in the bush since he was a child and we feel so lucky to have shared our holiday with him. Nathan taught us so much and we loved how he cared about the tiny insects as well as the big 5! Each game drive was so exciting and it was just the 3 of us. We loved stopping for coffee in the morning and a drink at sundown as it was a chance to chat with Nathan and learn about his life and how he came to be a guide. Nathan made sure we saw the big 5 but we would still have had a great time with him in their absence. We can’t speak highly enough about this guy. We also loved the relaxed atmosphere at Jabulani and that was down to the staff who were also relaxed and happy. It may be a five star setting but there was an absence of stuffy atmosphere, which we really liked. Jabulani is in a gorgeous location and we loved seeing the bush during our game drives. We only hope that we can return to Jabulani.

Perfect fine dining with a fantastic chef, our Butler Obert was also great and Ansie is a fantastic welcoming person. Our villa was simply unique and beautiful. The elephant experience was really a great experience, we are still amazed and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

This experience was life-changing for me. The work you are doing here is phenomenal and if my budget allowed I would be here every weekend! It truly was a soulful experience!
