The whole trip of accommodation, food, staff and friendly people. Chef Alexandzer proves to be a Master in his own class, I ate divine food from the beginning. Drinks great. Ryan, Ansie, Shadrack, Chantal etc could be at any top establishment in the world.

An absolutely wonderful experience in every way! From our warm welcome upon arrival, to the wonderful hospitality from everyone (Songs was so hospitable, thoughtful, caring), Alex (the wonderful and talented chef) who so tastefully accommodated our diet restrictions, and our amazing guide/host Juan (Juan, you actually exceeded what prior travelers wrote about you!) who made our safari excursions truly lifetime experiences (we learned so much!) in addition to being an incredible host, we thank all of you!! In addition to all of the wonderful people who work at Jabulani, the property itself (the main lodge, our villa, grounds) is beautiful and so well maintained. Jabulani is a truly special place. We can’t wait to get back someday!!!

My sister and I stayed 4 nights at Jabulani and had a wonderful time. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable and the lodge is quiet and serene. Staff were amazing and thought of every detail. We booked a private vehicle, which was nice, and our guide, Jeffrey, provided a wealth of information on many animals that we saw. Amazingly, there are rhinos there with horns fully intact, and we even saw a baby rhino! We were able see the Big 5 easily each day, which was very special. A word of warning: there is no off-roading in this reserve, except for 1) following a leopard or 2) lions on a kill. This means that you can see many animals, and often they are right at the road, but often they are not. So photographically, this is a challenging location if you are a wildlife photographer. This proved to be very frustrating for me, coming right off of a photo-intensive tour in Sabi Sands. Likewise, in December, at least, the brush is very dense, making animal photos difficult. The elephant experiences were wonderful, however. Two afternoons we watched the herd of rescued elephants as they swam in a waterhole, enjoying splashing around in the (incredible!) heat. Another afternoon we had the chance to feed three of the massive bull elephants and on a third evening, we had sundowners at a waterhole (with a complete amazing spread of food and drinks) as the elephants were escorted back to their night-time home. Beautiful. There are wild elephants on the reserve, as well. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable way to end a safari. Three nights here might have been perfect rather than four.

What a wonderful experience! Elephant night ride was amazing; dinner in the river bed was stunning; the staff are fantastic...There is only one problem. I don't know a worth that covers enough the absolutely fabulous feeling that this place gives!
