Beautiful property, very romantic, great SPA, nice views of the lake and walking trails set in lush green landscape. We had a lagoon view room that was comfortable with the necessary amenities. The linen on the beds seemed old and crying to be replaced. Food was good in the restaurant and drinks good in the lakes view bars. The best part of the stay was the kind, and helpful staff in the reception, lime tree restaurant, and the SPA. The SPA doctors and managers Vishnu Priya and Sunil were a pleasure to work with. All in all - a great experience.

Worth every penny
Exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Amazing staff catering to whatever you needed and were helpful in providing alternative activities and places to eat outside of the resort. Spa was very relaxing and worth the cost. While the food was very good the lunch/dinner menu was limited in options. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options and the waiters were always around and intuitive to what we needed. Great place to come with the whole family. They even provided a cot for my baby in in the dining area so we could eat while she slept.

Whatever the requests; big or small were done quickly, professionally and politely. On point. Recommend anyone to stay. The food was really good. Rooms comfortable. Boat ride experience a must. Gardens and lay out of the resort really lovely

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
