Excellent staff
Very excellent service specially the housekeeping staff named Akshay. He was very friendly very kind and helpful. The quick resolution of our needs was very noticeable. Would surely suggest the place for the ambience and staff here. Kindly visit the place

Poor management
A great stay marred by poor management. I had the misfortune of staying in a room that had some extremely noisy neighbours who played loud music till 4am in the morning. Now, while such guests are often unavoidable, you’d expect the management at a 5-star resort to be proactive in resolving these issues. However, despite repeated complaints to the front desk till 2:30am, the matter was not taken care of. Whether the rooms need better soundproofing or whether a more senior person needs to be deployed at the front desk is for the hotel to figure out. However, I would not pay ₹15000 for a night of bad sleep. Would not recommend.

Excellent stay near to backwaters
The resort Property was too big. The service , hospitality & ambience & staffs everything was good. The Shikhara ride in the beautiful backwaters was an enjoyable one. The front room staffs received us with warm welcome especially Radeep and his team service was too good. They have taken care of our baby really well. They have buggy vehicle for to and fro movement from room to main lobby which was really helpful for ppl travelling with elders. Their housekeeping also a top notch. The one housekeeper guy named Akshay service was too good. Overall we recommend this place to anyone who wants to have leisure trip near to backwaters.

Very excellent service , hospitality & ambience with very cooperative staff. Also foods is very good with all cuisines and the service staff is ready to serve at an instance. Specially ABHILA who take cares of all of my family members for food needs & also baby care of my younger daughter.

Beautiful resort set around a picturesque lake
We stayed at this resort for a night as part of our tour around Kerala. Wow! What a lovely place. Accommodation bungalows are set around the beautiful lake. Staff were very helpful and looked after us very well. A special mention to Arpan in the restaurant who waited on us very attentively during our evening meal. The restaurant manager was very chatty and came over to speak with us during the course of the evening which was nice. The food was very good. Accommodation was fabulous-spacious clean room, large walk-in shower and a separate bath. We had a very comfortable nights sleep here. We spent a couple of hours around the pool area which was clean with towels provided. We would definitely recommend this resort to others.
