Great stay!
Terrific food. Can ask the chef to make things off menu. Great activities and helpful concierge. They had a super fun NYE party as well. Friendly guests and a perfect spa. Highly recommend an ayurvedic massage. The rooms are very large and comfortable.

Amazing veg food
Amazing ambience, live music and vegetarian friendly. I suggest vegetarian people to visit this place if you’re in Kumarakom. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Live singing was also soothing. Outdoor and indoor both are available

Wonderful!!!
A breath taking view of peace and serenity. ZURI is beautifully designed, different sceneries, wonderful gardens and much beauty to enjoy. A wonderful intro to the 2025 hosting a spectacular New Years Eve Party. The live bands were new found favorites for us...loved it. The food was lovely, a wide selection catering to all requirements and the presentation...amazing! The team are friendly and add that special bond to your stay. Smiles and warmth. Many memories made from these precious moments inbetween. To Rohit and Shaini...Thank you. Very special individuals, caring and attentive...such wonderful souls!!! Thank you Zuri...Thank you Kumarakom...a feeling of home.

5 star rating is insufficient!
Excellent in every aspect! Accessibility: Great. We opted for a self drive from Cochin. A one way drive takes approx 2.5h Rooms: We opted for the lagoon facing rooms. Large rooms with clean washrooms. Room service was top notch! Dining: Good food. The menu may seem to have limited options but the staff will accomodate your requests. Staff: Very hospitable. Kudos to Santhosh Kumar and the entire team who put in the efforts to make the stay a great one Facilities: Good. We used the swimming pool and the games room, both of which were good. If you are exploring a peaceful kid-friendly and family friendly destination in Kerala, this should be right up among the top names Kudos to the entire team at Zuri who made our stay a wonderful one!

Amazing
It is one of the best properties to stay in. We enjoyed the service, warmth of the people and the food was amazing, right from breakfast to dinners. Activities planned throughout the day kept us involved. Also enjoyed the kerala culture dance.
