Not the most "luxurious" but I'd stay here again.
Besides the perfect location to bars/restaurants, it's on the water with small beach front and a clean pool. My daughter and son-in-law have stayed at 2 other resorts with desirable locations but preferred The Hyatt. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable and inviting. I especially enjoyed the Rain Shower that wasn't wimpy! Room prices were a tad more expensive but Key West Resorts aren't cheap!

Spacious rooms and great location
The room is very large and extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spa like with an enormous shower. The location is excellent - on the water and close to all the main attractions of old town Key West. The friendly staff are knowledgeable about the town and made great suggestions for things to do and restaurants to visits. They even had a few coupons to a few places.

Great "partial ocean view room" with a real ocean view!
Very comfortable bed. Really great ocean view from the "partial ocean view room". Had a little table and chairs out on the deck to enjoy coffee in the morning. They had a turtle pond and a parrot to visit on the grounds. The best part... location. Ocean, town, walkable fun. Loved our stay!

Great hotel convenient to the action in Key West.
Nicest bed and pillows ever. Great location. Incredible food and beverage. Helpful friendly staff. Best views. Nothing bad. Pool. Got tub. Bar. Live music at times. Free water. Easy parking. Rental carts, scooters, and jet skis. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Great Time at a Beautiful Hotel
The Hyatt Centric is a beautiful property. The location is perfect and there is so much to do. Every employee that we came in contact was amazing, friendly and so knowledgeable. We could do an excursion everyday, or just sit by the pool. We loved our trip and will be back!
