Fabulous Long Weekend
Last week was my husband’s 65th so we decided to treat ourselves and stay here. (Normally we are budget conscious and stay at categories 4 or less). Fabulous decision!!! The staff, property and location are amazing. The bartenders Lisa and Amber were fantastic. Everything was perfect! Thank you all for a special long weekend.

Great vacation
Great place and location , near the activities yet quiet. Food at the restaurants was great…. Spa services too. We were there for 3 days and had a great time. The staff was very friendly, we got a great upgrade and the views were fantastic too !!

The best !!
Best staff ever! Clean rooms. Great views. The coffee shop on site was good and reasonable prices. Everyone at the hotel seemed happy to help in any way possible. Be it giving directions or just getting clean towels, just a top notch comfortable stay!

50th anniversary
Love the staff, the mattress was dreamy. Beautiful views, clean room, welcomed with champagne. Great pool. Good music. The bar was so fun overlooking the ocean. It is centrally located, close to shopping and restaurants. Close to the warf and tour boats.

Not the most "luxurious" but I'd stay here again.
Besides the perfect location to bars/restaurants, it's on the water with small beach front and a clean pool. My daughter and son-in-law have stayed at 2 other resorts with desirable locations but preferred The Hyatt. The bed and pillows were extra comfortable and inviting. I especially enjoyed the Rain Shower that wasn't wimpy! Room prices were a tad more expensive but Key West Resorts aren't cheap!
